We are so SAD TO LEAVE and cannot wait to come back again to Carlos's FANTASTIC place. We stayed with our two toddlers for several months while in Quito area for school year, and we were welcomed like family by Carlos, his own family, and his amazing staff. The house is absolutely idyllic, with traditional white plaster and exposed wooden beams, lofted ceilings, and all the amenities one needs in kitchen (plus laundry in house!). Plenty of space for our family to spread out, and the massive patio and yard - really, a gorgeous garden of flowering and fruiting trees, palms, lovingly tended - gave us even more room to play. It feels like the world's most exclusive resort! Carlos was immediately responsive to any question we might have, and was extremely helpful offering advice for the surrounding area as well. Cumbayá (neighborhood) is precious, and Carlos's house is in the heart - we walked to the fruit market, the bakery, playground, reservoir park, plaza. We miss living there already!

Excelente lugar para descanso! Naturaleza al máximo grandes jardines y árboles frutales para caminatas matutinas. La casa es muy acogedora y tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía de paz y descanso. Los dueños del lugar son muy amables, siempre están pendientes de las necesidades de los huéspedes! Muy recomendado

We had a fantastic stay in Quito! The unit is located in a great neighborhood with lots to do, and the building is secured by a 24/7 guard. We loved the decor, with floor to ceiling windows and a modern aesthetic. Diego and Monica are very responsive and proactive, with clear and helpful instructions. Highly recommend!

Iter Preciado excellent host. Great communication and quick response I had arrived to Quito very late at night. So Iter Preciado gladly offered me ride from airport to the rental apartment. His place very modern and clean . Will definitely come back.

La pasamos super bien, el departamento es muy lindo, super cómodo, super bien adecuado y completo, muy tranquilo, super bien ubicado y un lugar seguro para movilizarse y con mucgas opciones de restaurante, panaderias, heladerias, cerca centros comerciales y plazas, muy facil de llegar. Todo estuvo impecable. Xavier es super amable y siempre respondía muy rápidamente. Definitivamente un lugar recomendado, al que volveremos seguramente. =)

The response is very fast. The host is very nice and helps with any problem. He has a solution for everything. Unfortunately we did not get to stay at his property due to a flight cancellation, but we got to know an amazing person and he understood the situation and handled it amazingly.

Alejandrina’s place is extraordinary, everything is very high quality and well put together, and alejandrina herself met us for check-in and showed us around the beautiful orchids in the backyard, and gave us some fruits from it to try, and we left feeling like we met a new friend. The room itself is exactly as pictured and everything worked well, the studio is equipped with two very good steel pots and a stove, maybe another pot/pan but I only care for steel so didn’t take note. The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve laid in, like a 5-star hotel bed, extraordinarily comfortable. Plush yet supportive, not too soft, nor hard. I took a picture of the brand with plans to buy the same bed in Ecuador in the future.

Edwin's place was amazing! Exceeded my expectations! Exactly like the photos, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very nicely decorated. Beside the apartment which was accessible safe and quiet Edwin was the best host ever! always proactive and responding immediately. Highly recommended! I will i am able to visit Quito again and stay at Erwins place

The place was clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully check in was easy and available even at 9pm, so if you have a late day flight you're safe. You're also in a good location so mall is right down the street, movies are near by, and numerous other places near by as well. The stove and oven work well, and having a washer and dryer is super useful. And the owner responded to all my questions and was responding at a reasonable place as well. The only complaint i can have about it, is why are all the knives dull and why not chefs knife, made it tricky to make food between me and my fiancée. But still over all as a place to stay for me and my girlfriend, who i was visiting and purposed to, it was a nice place that we both enjoyed. I would personally recommend it very highly.

Uno de los mejores departamentos en Cumbayá. La seguridad es excelente; el personal siempre está atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Como punto a considerar, la señal de internet puede volverse intermitente en el dormitorio, lo que en ciertos momentos resulta algo tedioso.

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
