Accommodation as described, extremely quiet location and even without a vehicle, Uber totally affordable with low prices. Maria, a lovely person, always communicating and seeking to offer the best experience of stay, too attentive. The experience was wonderful and I certainly recommend it and will consider it when I return to Itapetininga.

The house is very cozy and is 100% in accordance with the photos and description. Everything was very clean and prepared to receive us. Host Claudiney was very polite and helpful from booking to checkout. Despite being located on a dirt road, it is very easy to get around by car as it is not far from the center. The garage door door is automatic. We took the opportunity to visit the Top Country Bar and go on a hot air balloon ride, as it's not even 5 minutes away from the house. We love the stay and we'll be back for sure! Can reserve without fear.

We loved spending this week at the ranch! Everything was very clean, well organized and easy to access. The dirt road is in great condition, which made the arrival much easier. The place is simply wonderful — perfect for those who want to rest and for those who want to have a party. For those who like to be in touch with nature, this is the ideal place. The sunset is stunning! The ranch is also perfect for those with pets — our dogs loved the space and had a great time there! Each room has its own bathroom, which brings more comfort and practicality, especially for groups with several families. Marinho and Solange were amazing hosts! Always available, they responded super fast and were extremely kind and attentive. We will definitely return!

The dorms, beds and pillows are of high quality, very comfortable and clean. The barbecue area, Jacuzzi and bonfire were formidable for our stay. The pictures are unable to convey the expetacular beauty of the place. We were very welcomed by both the facilities and the host. Ulysses is a very helpful and attentive host. We were on your property during the holiday and there was no doubt that it was not answered promptly, some even in advance. The house is wonderful, with incredible spaces and very well looked after. In addition, everything very clean and smelling, further contributing to a cozy atmosphere, ideal for a well-deserved rest."

The farm was amazing from the reception, cleanliness and infrastructure. The extremely attentive, caring hosts treated us with great affection. The landscape of the place is amazing, a refuge for those who literally need to rest. We were surprised by everything they offered us in these last few days. I celebrated my birthday at Wellington's house, we stayed a weekend and everything went very well, the place is very good to stay with friends in peace and quiet, there is a very good pool and even with a little cold you can get in quietly, other than that, we used the wood oven to make some pizzas and it was very nice. We went with 12 people and it was cheap when you split it between everyone, plus there was room and a bed left over for everyone... I recommend Wellington's house for traveling with some friends and relaxing, getting out of the routine.

We were at Luciano and Silvia's house in mid-May, and the house really is beautiful, super spacious, very well distributed furniture, the whole house is super clean, large and airy rooms. The leisure area is a show apart, warm pool, large barbecue and oven, ambient sound, in short, it exceeded our expectations. When we had any questions or concerns, Silvia was always ready to help us and was super attentive. I highly recommend the space, clean, safe and super nice, we will return soon.
