Amazing place, it exceeded my expectations.

The place is gorgeous. It has many fruit trees and space to be in contact with nature. We took our little dog and she loved it. The house leaves something to be desired because it lacks maintenance, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I recommend bringing bed sheets, towels and pillows because the ones there are older and some smelled musty.

It was wonderful, Marcelo, and wonderful in everything …..I was delighted with the chalet, everything clean and impeccable ….scented towels and sheets …..yes, I can't forget the cake he left for my husband, as it was his birthday, and he left several snacks outside

The house is a haven of peace, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first moment. O O homemeiro Seu João was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, is invigorating. The scenery is stunning, with panoramic views of verdant hills and breathtaking sky. The fresh air and the relaxing silence provided us with moments of tranquility and connection to nature. The house is equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay, from cozy rooms to a full kitchen. The night around the fire pit, under the starry sky, was a magical and unforgettable moment. Breakfast at the Café na Varanda restaurant, a delight! In short, the stay in the house was an unforgettable experience, which provided us with moments of peace, relaxation and connection with nature. I recommend it to everyone who seeks a refuge from urban life.

Our stay was great, we were very well received, we had a small issue with the key for check-in but Rayane and Rosemary were very helpful in finding solutions. In the end everything went well and it was a great holiday of São João as a family!

The house is wonderful! In the photos is already quite beautiful, but in person it is even more, an amazing view. It has everything you need, from kitchen utensils including cellar, brewery, coffee maker etc. to bed and bath linens. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable beds and all organized. The condominium is great, perfect for those who seek real tranquility. Cybelle was always helpful, responding super fast. Anyway, it's really worth it.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with air-conditioning (1 box and 1 split). The kitchen is well-equipped, with a freezer, water cooler, pots, various utensils. Sandra and Cileide are very attentive and quick. The place is quite nice, the children explored a lot, took oranges and corn from the plants, played a lot! They fed the chickens on the neighboring land. The house was super clean and smelled good, there were no cockroaches or ants inside it!!! Negative points: - the sports court could have been weeded, as the tall grass prevented use. - the noise from the box air-conditioning was annoying, as the device was very old. - I was surprised at the energy charge, as there was no information about extra charges in the listing. - there was no toilet paper and very little detergent, because in the ad it stated that there was, we had to go out to buy (and it is not so close). The experience was very good! I appreciate the availability.

The house is very clean, organized, sits in a great condominium and is also very close to downtown Areia/PB. Luciana answers the messages very quickly and left some freebies for us. I intend to come back again.
