What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. Essa goes above and beyond to help you, plus the apartment is huge and is on a GREAT location (very walkable). Essa is super kind, friendly and has a lot of recommendations for places (He has been the best host I ever been in contact with).

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect for our group of 6 — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun. The arcade games were a great bonus and kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it super easy to cook and enjoy meals together. It had everything we needed and more. Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! Emplacement de rêve, appartement/villa de style méditerranéen sublime, quartier résidentiel... Tout était à un niveau d'excellence rarement vu! Ce que mes amis et moi-même avons adoré ? Absolument tout! Ce que nous avons détesté ? Le moment où il a fallu quitter l'appartement pour rentrer à Paris...! Zahir et son équipe sont aussi discrets que sympathiques, aussi efficaces que professionnels. Expérience à revivre les yeux fermés. Un produit AirBNB à recommander sans l'ombre d'une hésitation. La belle plage de Qurum Beach est atteignable après un bon jogging, un énorme hypermarché très achalandé est à proximité immédiate de l'appartement, et le calme est garanti ! A très vite, sans hésiter, et merci à Zahir.

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament. Jest czysto, doskonałe miejsce dla rodziny. Byliśmy z 3 dzieci. 15 minut piechotą jest piękny park. W pobliżu 2 minuty od apartamentu są sklepy i restauracje. Polecamy to miejsce.

Ich vergebe selten fünf Sterne, aber hier ist es wirklich gerechtfertigt. Die von Lisa vermietete Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und ist einfach der Prototyp eines Airbnb-Apartments: räumlich großzügig, insbesondere mit den zwei Terassen, praxisgerecht eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und in toller Umgebung. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man in der Wohnung immer einen Durchzug herstellen kann und so auf den Einsatz der Klimaanlagen gut verzichten kann - die Grenze zwischen drinnen und draußen ist aufgehoben. Zu den nächsten Restaurants ist es etwas weiter, aber die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - eine Heißluft-Friteuse (neben Herd und Backofen) haben wir noch nie in einem Apartment vorgefunden ... Elisabeth selbst ist sehr auskunftsfreudig, mit 25 Jahren Lebenserfahrung im Oman kann man sie alles fragen. Außerdem reagiert sie innerhalb von Minuten, sie wohnt nur einige Häuser weiter. Es ist wirklich rein nichts auszusetzen, daher vergebe ich hier 5 Sterne gerne.
