Absolutely amazing view from the terrace, the apartment is very cozy and the terrace is very big and private. Rafael is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. Good proximity to the restaurants and stores, and the beach is 5 minutes by foot.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Alexis studio is an amazing place, we had such a lovely stay! The accommodation is great and has everything you need, the view is spectacular and, while walking distance from restaurants and shops, it's tucked away in a very quiet area, making it very relaxing. The recommendations we got from Yiannis were perfect, we went to most beaches and restaurants he suggested and were super happy with our experiences, and I was very happy to not have to do any research myself :) His mum is super sweet and bakes the most amazing Greek pastries, she was a delight to see every morning. Overall an amazing experience, thank you Yiannis!

Die Wohnung ist neu und liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar und die Kommunikation freundlich und nett. Dankeschön nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt.

This was a perfect stay. The place is a nice size and a very convenient location. All equipment and furnishings are new. Kuzey was very helpful with everything … more than the perfect host. He helped with transportation and finding a gym but also he supplied everything that you need in the house from bin bags and cleaning products to drinking water, snacks and cooking condiments. Very highly recommended.

Oskar, in line with what everyone else has said, is an attentive and generous host, always ready to help. Even picking us up from the port on Kalymnos at 2330 (and dropping us off for our crossing back to Kos). He takes real pleasure in hosting and I strongly recommend both him and his place! Wonderful.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sehr saubere, moderne und toll eingerichtete Wohnung, genau unser Geschmack. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend für den Aufenthalt. Während des Aufenthalts wurde die Wohnung 1x gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettbezüge gewechselt. Ein Auto zum Erreichen der Unterkunft und der umliegenden Ortschaften ist empfehlenswert. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir Fofi kennenlernen konnten. Eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die super schnell auf Anliegen antwortet :) wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. Excellent accueil de notre hôte. Le logement est très bien situé, agréable, bien ensoleillé avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous y avons passé un séjour tranquille, reposant et bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon

Σταμάτης çok sıcakkanlı ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Üçüncü defa evinde kalıyorum ilk günden itibaren çok güzel bir iletişimimiz oldu ve yine her zamanki gibi çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadım. Evin konumu çok merkezi rahatlıkla limana, alışveriş noktalarına restoran ve kafelere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ev çok temiz, ferah ve ihtiyaçlara göre çok güzel donatılmış. Kendimi yine evimde gibi hissettim ve keyif aldım. Ayrıca giriş çıkış saatlerinde çok yardımcı oldu bunun için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim:) Kos tatilinde konaklamak için çok doğu bir mekan herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
