It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

The most beautiful apartment. I cannot recommend Marilena’s apartment highly enough. It’s a true design gem in the very center of the city. The photos do represent the place accurately but cannot do justice to the gorgeous high ceilings, the way the light moves through the apartment throughout the day, the joy of taking a cool bath in the heat of the afternoon or sitting on the balcony drinking wine by candlelight and listening to the sounds of Athens at night. This was just the spot I was looking for. So happy Marilena shares her beautiful space with us. I was so inspired. Thank you Marilena. We hope to be back someday!
