Our home is a very comfortable house located in a residential complex in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and cozy space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

You will come out of the lush garden full of weeping willows, linden and fruit trees and in 40 steps you will encounter the Aegean Sea, Lesbos Island, Sivrice Bay and a magnificent sunset view. When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. You are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants from this painting studio/home with private parking.

Stone House at the Foot of the Acropolis (Entire House)

A peaceful environment where you can enjoy the garden under the glow of history. Our two-storey, air-conditioned detached stone house is located in the historical Kale Neighborhood and is within a 10-minute walk to the Red Basilica, the city center and the Ancient City Acropolis cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau, 25 minutes to Dikili coast. THERE ARE BASKETBALL COURTS AND TENNIS COURTS ON THE BEACH 100 MT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE, THERE ARE CHILDREN 'S PARKS NEXT TO THE CAR PARK. IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS IN THE CITY CENTER. THE HOUSE IS AYRIYETTEN TERASIDA AND THERE IS A BARBECUE. ACCOMMODATES UP TO 6 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE.
