We had a great stay at Sham’s villa. The house had plenty of bedrooms with space for everyone and the compound was great and quite. Lots of walkable playgrounds, the pool in the compound is great and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Sham’s was a wonderful host, being very responsive and helpful with any issues! Would highly recommend the stay for any family!

I recently rented a villa in Ajman from Imad, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Imad was professional, honest, and extremely helpful, making the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. The villa itself was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described. It offered a comfortable and spacious living environment, with all the necessary amenities in place. The location was also great, providing easy access to everything I needed. What truly set this experience apart was Imad’s excellent communication and responsiveness. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and always willing to help. The place is excellent—clean, cozy, and well-located, making it easy to access anywhere. We had a great stay and no complaints about the property itself. However, we faced a last-minute check-out issue, which was stressful. Better communication on extensions would have made the experience perfect. Otherwise, a great stay!

Stan’s villa was phenomenal. We stayed for a week over new year with some family (4 kids in total) and had a magical time. The bedrooms are all en suite, the living areas are wonderful for everyone to ‘hang out’ in, and we loved the bbq, pool and garden (the small kids also really enjoyed the play room!). It was a very special and luxurious stay. The location is fantastic - it felt like the whole of Dubai was accessible within 20-30 minutes, and neighbourhood itself was delightfully quiet. We highly recommend this place!

Home was spotlessly clean, (although it would be useful to have a dust pan and broom) comfortable and clutter free. Although the property was discounted due to construction the external areas where very dusty and this transferred inside on feet etc. I dont really feel like that the host could prevent this, noise wasn't an issue but debris from construction site often blew into the garden which was a little annoying. All in all a good stay for the discounted rate.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

I had rented the place as part of my daughter's wedding in Ajman.Stay was the least of my tensions as everything was so smooth and was Shireesh and the caretaker Jamal was always available for any requirements.Villa is so beautiful and with the lighting decorations it looked amazing beyond words.All the visitors loved the place.i stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable and homely as well.Very good location to access different parts of the city ,yet in a quiet and private area.I would highly recommend the place for any family gatherings or small events too as there is a hall with excellent interior and sound system.Its also sound proof .Special note for Jamal who looks after the house with so much care .Super clean all the time.

Pleasant stay. Clean house, everything as expected and good hygiene. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Everyone slept like a baby. Garden was a great addition.

For the second year in a row, we had the pleasure of staying here, and once again, it was an incredible experience. Rony is truly a super host, his attention to detail, warm hospitality, and commitment to ensuring a seamless stay made all the difference. The place is the perfect fit for a family stay, offering comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommended!

Pro: - Die Unterkunft sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern. - sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. - überall dimmbares Licht. Macht eine tolle Atmosphäre. - Kommunikation über WA war immer schnell. - Check-In und Out war einfach und unkompliziert. - die Größe für drei Pärchen ist ideal. - genug Platz für mehrere Autos direkt vor dem Haus. (Wir hatten 1) Contra: - wir hatten die ersten zwei Tage kein warmes Wasser. Die Behebung dieses Problems dauerte leider zu lange, auch wenn die Antworten über WA schnell kamen, wurden wir immer wieder hingehalten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es vor jedem Badezimmer ein Schalter für Warmwasser gibt, den man rechtzeitig anschalten muss damit sich das Wasser erhitzt. Das haben wir selber erst am vorletzten Tag herausgefunden da die Kontaktperson es scheinbar selber nicht wusste. - direkt nebenan ist eine Baustelle die ab Vormittag mit Lärm beginnt. Die Unterkunft können wir trotz der zwei Negativen Punkte absolut weiter empfehlen 👍🏼

We had a pleasant stay. The house was clean and located in a very quiet area, which made it enjoyable and relaxing. The only downside was the long wait at the security gate for reservation verification, but the support team was helpful and responsive. Overall, I recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Hisham who was our host was absolutely amazing! Very supportive and responsive. The Villa is a nice size and has all the amenities required. The only feedback I have is the property is in need of a little update, just the usual up lift after successfully renting a good property over a long duration. That said, Hisham genuinely went above and beyond to support our every need. With a little uplift, we would definitely rent this villa again and would rent from Hisham if he had other properties.

Es ist ein geräumiges Haus mit zwei voll nutzbaren Stockwerken, kleiner Bereich, um draußen zu sitzen und ein Balkon. Wir waren fünf Erwachsene, sechs haben gut Platz. Ausstattung ist modern schlicht, alles funktioniert und zwei bis drei Autos können direkt vor der Tür parken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll einsatzfähig. Wir haben uns dort 10 Tage wohlgefühlt.
