For this workshop, I open the doors of my kitchen and my world to you.... Welcome to my home! Here, the key words are: deliciousness, sharing and generosity! When you arrive, we'll get to know each other over a cup of tea and a delicacy I've prepared especially for you. Then it's off to the cooking workshop, for which I'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a chef's apron. Together, we'll prepare a typically French dish and dessert, using seasonal produce from our beautiful Provence. During this workshop, we'll discover different cooking techniques, and I'll give you tips and well-kept secrets from our grandmothers. We will do a complete tour of a typical French wine shop: how it's organized with the different kinds of wine and alcohol. Then we will dicuss the many different types of wine. The goal being that after this experience you'll be able to navigate through a French wine shop with ease. We will have a wine tasting of three different kinds of wine at the wine shop. Then, we will go to a nearby winebar for a glass of wine.

I suggest you discover, by sea kayaking, the creeks of the Côte Bleue from Estaque in Marseille, heading in the direction of Carry-le-Rouet. On the program, full of anecdotes and good humor. For a half-day excursion allow 3 hours of total time. It is an experience for all. Provide a swimsuit for a swim in the crystal clear waters of the cove where we stop for the break. Course of your day: - Reception in the premises of Thalassanté in l'Estaque. - Formalities & Briefing (explanations of safety rules, presentation of the navigation area and the route, weather forecast) - Distribution of personal equipment (kayak, life jacket, paddle, waterproof bag) - Launch, let the adventure begin! All our boats are equipped with a jute bag if you want to collect floating waste. All our equipment is new (2021). In case of unfavorable weather, for you safety, tour will be canceled. In the world of marine leisure there is a saying: "the sea cannot be bought". We have to adapt to it. Let's share nature, create our memories.

THIS IS A DISCONNECTED EXPERIENCE. Smartphones are turned off at boarding. You will embark on a 12-meter catamaran with François, a pro skipper, and quickly go underway, sails only, no engines, to experience the poetry of gliding on the water in silence. Help welcome ! Only if you wish, you can participate in boat manoeuvres and learn how a sailboat works and is safe. After a 1.5-hour, the boat will anchor in a calanque in the Frioul archipelago or the Côte Bleue, depending on the wind direction on that day. You will then be able share a drink, have a bath, paddleboard riding or just chill out. Note: It is a unique experience on a beautiful boat, in a warm atmosphere and an extraordinary landscape. Under the shade of the sails, in silence, your ability to marvel at the beauty of the sea will make a difference. François will do his best to make this to happen and it usually works wonderfully ! The sea makes us happy, allows to meet ourselves and the others. We will be back at Port de l'Estaque.

We will start the adventure by discovering the tasting techniques (sensory analysis: visual, olfactive, tasteful), grape varieties, wine making, the aromas of wine, as well as the history and much more... Afterwards, we will guide you through a tasting of 5 French wines accompanied by five French cheeses. Taste the sun, the aromas, the winemaker's know-how, while listening to the history of artisans and the Mediterranean land. Finally, ask us about the wine, Mediterranean cuisine, our favorite restaurants and all the must-see food and cultural experiences in the area. I will teach them about the traditionally provencal game of pétanque and how to play it. They will learn the basics of the game and experience a true pasttime of southern France. Refreshments will be served.

Discover the amazing scenery and mountain trails of Sainte Victoire Mountain with an electric mountain bike. The 3 hour tour will take you to unexpected trails up and down the mountain. The electric mountain bike makes it easy to ride up steep hills and explore the mountain. The 3 hours morning or afternoon tours start in Aix-en-Provence. I will meet you and set you up with an electric mountain bike. The first few kilometres are on the road to the mountain so that you can get accustomed to the electric bike before you start the climb up the hill. We will stop at various points to appreciate the magnificence of the mountain and to take videos, photos and have a snack. We go to various viewpoints such Zola Dam, Bimont Dam and others. An E-Bike is a great way to explore the trail for people of all ages and riding capabilities and enables you to ride to areas you never thought possible. There are different trails to ride depending on the skill level of the group. We return and finish at the starting point in Aix. You will be invited to choose the pair of espadrilles you will paint on and once the shoe has been chosen, it's time to get our brushes dirty! If you have a drawing idea in mind, it's great, we'll try to make it happen. If you are looking for designs, I have a small catalog of drawings for suggestion, or we can discuss themes based on your hobbies and taste - and level of painting. No previous experience is necessary but it will be up to you to fulfill your art project! I'll be there all along for lots of technical and artistic advice ... and a little brushstroke if needed! The goal of our workshop is that you leave Espigas happy with the time spent with us and proud of the work accomplished. You will leave with a high quality product that is truly unique in the world! Other things to note You'll be choosing your espadrilles directly where the atelier will take place. The choice of shoes will be limited to 1 of 2 specific models, the espadrilles and one with laces. As they are a local brand production is not huge, they might not have a specific color to a specific model and size.

We will meet in the center of Aix-en-Provence and have a walk around the beautiful places and picturesque streets. It will be an unhurried walk, during which I will take lots of interesting photos for you. Also, I'll show you how to pose properly, so that the photos are alive, emotional and stylish. Other things to note I will teach my guests how to pose beautifully for the camera. I will send you minimum 30 edited digital photos within 10 working days after our photo-walking.
