There is also other supermarkets and fast food outlets in OldSwan within walking distance. The property is situated within a 10 min drive from Liverpool and Everton Football Stadiums. Tourist attractions such as The Cavern Club, Albert dock, Galleries, Museums, St georges hall and the cathedrals.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

The house has 5 bedrooms with just 1 bed in each, no sofa beds! All bedrooms have TVs. There is a downstairs bedroom. There is a lounge with 55" 4k TV with Sky/TNT sports channels. Superfast wifi. Modern kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a seating area.

Arkles - our stylish Victorian home is only a 2 minute walk from Anfield Stadium and only a 15 minute taxi from all that this vibrant city has to offer. It is the perfect base to explore the Murals, do a stadium tour or explore Liverpool. Liverpool is always buzzing. There’s incredible museum’s, the Grand National, Cavern Club, the world heritage waterfront and so much more. Across the Mersey you have the beaches of New Brighton only 20 minutes away.

We use the property as our base when we are in Liverpool so there may be some personal belongings around the house however when available on air b&b the whole property is vacant.
