La villa proposée par Chahrazed était magnifique, identique aux photos, dans un quartier paisible. La piscine était propre et magnifique. Le jardin était beau et accueillant. L’endroit était parfait pour notre barbecue autour de la piscine. La communication avec Chahrazed était facile elle répond très vite et bien serviable. Elle nous a amené le un barbecue grand et tout neuf pour nos grillades car celui sur place était un peu petit La maison est accueillante et très pratique et peut contenir facilement les dix personnes indiqués Je recommande la maison de Chahrazed et je retournerai bien chaque fois que je veux faire une rencontre familiale élargie Merci beaucoup

Sunny villa, beach front, authentic Tunisian architecture and decoration, super clean, each room is a charm! A true immersion into the Tunisian culture. We enjoyed the pool as much as we enjoyed the beach. The view was… breathtaking! Calm neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. We will come back this summer for sure. Thanks to the host, she was super helpful, flexible and proactive!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Hôte accueillant et prévenant. Logement charmant et chaleureux. Joliment décoré, et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans ce rez de chaussée authentique. Les must: les beaux carreaux de ciment qui enluminent le sol, la cour ensoleillée, les chants des tourterelles et des verdiers, … La mer est à quelques minutes de marche ainsi que toutes les commodités. Nous avons trouvé ici la bienveillante hospitalité tunisienne, fierté et richesse de ce pays! Merci Monsieur Yousri.

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

✨ Un vrai petit bijou à Sidi Bou Saïd ! L’appartement était exactement ce que nous cherchions : typique, décoré dans le pur style tunisien, avec beaucoup de charme. Situé dans une petite impasse calme, il offre une vraie immersion dans l’atmosphère du village. 🏡 Très propre, bien agencé, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Rien à redire ! L’accueil était également impeccable. Je recommande vivement ! 🌟

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Rien a dire , logement impeccable , bien placé, grosse mention pour parents de taha, ils sont adorables mashallah , ils sont au petits soins . j'hésiterai pas a recommandé ce logement ☺️☺️

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. We will definitely come back and recommend this villa to anyone that comes across the opportunity to stay here, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you again for everything.

Kais and Safa were both incredibly kind, helpful and always to reach. The flat was warm, which is not usual in winter time Tunis, and I appreciated the house & hospitality a lot. Big recommendation!

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Ahmed car nous avions un mariage sur Tunis. L'appartement etait parfaitement propre et très agréablement aménagé. Il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer pour le mariage (sèche cheveux, table et fer à repasser, machine à laver). La charmante terrasse abritée et au calme est un vrai plus ! Ahmed a été un hôte parfait qui nous a gâté avec plusieurs petites attentions tout au long du séjour, il nous a offert de délicieuses pâtisseries à la rose en arrivant, un thé à la menthe aux pignons et un machmoum en ambre avant de partir). Une belle découverte des traditions locales. Le logement est à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la plage, le quartier est un peu plus populaire qu'en bord de plage ce qui permet d'accéder à beaucoup de commerces locaux. Pour se rendre à Tunis il faut louer une voiture ou opter pour le taxi, très accessibles depuis la route principale qui est juste à côté.

Exactement ce dont on avait besoin avec mon mari et notre enfant de 1 an. Logement au 1er étage d'une maison, avec accès privé, facile de se garer. Quartier tranquille. Décoration typique et de caractère, et en même temps on se sent chez soi. 2 balcons couverts au calme, parfait pour les repas au soleil. Hôtes très réactifs et arrangeants. Séjour impeccable !

I loved this place so much, I had to book it again! and I’d come back a third time in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable: tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, but still super close to everything you might need. The space itself is warm, stylish, and incredibly cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Rania and Ali are amazing hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home, from thoughtful little touches throughout the space to quick and friendly communication. I always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for during my stay.

Le logement de Aymen est l'endroit idéal pour visiter Tunis et la Médina. Nous le trouvions incroyable en photo mais il est encore plus beau en vrai ! Nous aurions aimé y séjourner plus longtemps pour profiter de son confort, sa magnifique décoration et ses terrasses avec vue imprenable. Aymen a été très accueillant et disponible, un grand merci !!!

The Paradiso house is a fantastic place to explore the Carthage ruins and the beautiful town of Sidi Bou Said. It’s just a few steps from Sidi Bou Said Beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the second-floor balcony, which offers stunning views of the marina. The bathrooms are spotless, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Parking is conveniently located right at the entrance, making arrival and departure hassle-free. To reach the historic center of Sidi Bou Said, you can take the 365 Steps, a scenic 10-minute hike that connects the harbor to the town. The stairs vary in size and height, so take care while climbing. The path is lined with blooming trees and flowers, filling the air with a wonderful fragrance. The host is very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. We truly enjoyed our time at Paradiso house and highly recommend it!
