Newly renovated old barn as a dwelling house. Located in the heart of the Bauges, in the regional natural park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d 'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, kitchen open to living room. The grounds are not fenced.

Charming studio in a ski resort in the French Alps

Charming studio renovated in 2013, ideal to discover and visit the "massif des Bauges" but also to enjoy the mountain during summer or winter. You will also be able to taste local food and products, while admiring the landscape of the small ski resort of les Aillons Margeriaz. The studio is fully equipped, only the bed sheets and towels are not included. You will only find blankets with covers and pillows.
