Nice little studio 12 m2 at the foot of the slopes of the Margeriaz 1000 resort, 4 beds possible (1 BZ and a mattress on secure mezzanine). Great for families (couples with children) or with friends on a budget for summer and winter. The resort of Margeriaz offers many activities all year round (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, discovery pool in summer, Lescheraine body of water 15 minutes away..... ) In winter, free shuttles take you to the Margériaz 1400 estate.

We rented this accommodation for a wedding in Karellis, the resort is a 5-minute drive. Genevieve is discreet but present if you need advice, enough to feel at home. The accommodation is very clean and functional! The small terrace with the view is a big plus. The setting is ideal for bike lovers, Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer, you choose. Chalet perfectly matches the photos with the amenities shown! We were 16 people: 12 adults and 4 children and we didn't feel like we were walking on top of each other, quite the contrary! The only downside is that the ESF for children's ski lessons are not next to the accommodation.. there is a 10-minute walk and with the amenities it's a little tiring daily.. When it came to check-in and check-out at the Chalet, it was just perfect: - Check-in originally scheduled for 3pm on Saturdays but Léa allowed us to enter the chalet at noon (very pleasant because we had arrived since 7:30 am)!! - Departure originally scheduled for Saturday before 10am but wanting to drive at night to avoid traffic jams, Cassandra arranged as best as possible to allow us to leave on Friday night!! A big thank you to Aude for this family stay and for her responsiveness during our exchanges!

The mountain views from the apartment were amazing. It was a short 10m drive into the town center, restaurants and skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.
