Πραγματικά το σπίτι είναι μια διόροφη μεζονέτα από τις δυο που υπάρχουν σε οικόπεδο 1200 τ.μ με πολύ πράσινο και πισίνα.Βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία 300 μόλις μέτρα από μια υπέροχη παραλία σπίτι απέχει περίπου 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο του κοσμοπολίτικου Πλαταμώνα.Υπάρχουν πολλά αξιοθέατα να δείτε εκεί κοντά όπως αρχαιολογικούς χώρους,παραδοσιακά χωριά παραθαλάσσια και ορεινά στον Όλυμπο το βουνό των θεών.

H έπαυλη, βρίσκεται μπροστά στην ακτή, με θέα την ανατολή ηλίου, σε ένα μικρό παραλιακό οικισμό που ονομάζεται Καστρί Λουτρό, ο οποίος συνορεύει με την πιο πολυσύχναστη παραλία της κεντρικής Ελλάδας,τον Πλαταμώνα. Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα.
