Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The Große Rathsburgsee, which is within walking distance, is not only a highlight in summer.

Czar Olch – Domek Wakacyjny Myśliborska 2 is a modern, year-round cottage located in the heart of the Wkrzańska Primeval Forest, by Lake Myśliborskie. The house has a floor area of 35 square meters (377 square feet) and features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom. To the side of the cottage, there is a covered patio with a grill, table, and chairs, where you can enjoy meals outdoors. Bicycles and a paddleboard are available free of charge.

The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle are very close.

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
