Thank you Darl, You provided me with a clean and trouble free stay, even when I booked at short notice. As Darl goes on her Airbnb journey, I can confirm she is doing things the best way. This is a nice and very cheap stay, so it's not a hotel, but it's comfortable, cool and quiet. As in all province's in the Philippines, there are dogs and Chickens about, but no issue for me. This place is absolutely value for money. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. The place is a very cute little house with lovely views of the jungle mountain tops, which are amazing when the mist surrounds the peaks. Extremely close to the centre of San Francisco. Pleasure to stay.

Words can't describe how beautiful this mountain resort location is. The glass cabin is the most unique room I've ever stayed in. (You can see out, but no one can look in! It's incredible) The mood lighting inside made the evenings remarkable. Although I couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool, it looked relaxing and peaceful. The staff was helpful and welcoming and helped arrange transportation when needed. I recommend this property if you're looking for a unique experience.

Very nice place and super near the city. Although there was schedule for water supply, it was okay because they were prepare and had big barrels of water ready. It was a huge place and in a very secure subdivision.

Le but de mon voyage était de ma marier avec ma compagne et de pouvoir accueillir ma belle famille pour la cérémonie. Cette location m'a permis de vivre en bord de mer et au pied de la montagne. J'ai vécu en immersion totale avec et comme les citoyens du pays que je visitais pour la troisième fois. Cette location m'a permis de retrouver les vraies valeurs de la vie. Le logement était pour ma belle famille et moi parfait par rapport à nos recherches. Si vous voyager pour connaître vraiment la région que vous visitez et que vous ne cherchez pas à transporter votre manière de vivre à l'étranger, n'hésitez pas prenez sans hésiter ce logement. Un grand merci à l'hôte, qui nous a reçu comme des rois et qui nous a suivi et conseiller tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes toujours senti en sécurité dans l'endroit. Vous désirez vraiment connaître les philippines, alors venez ici sans hésiter.

Loreto's place was a New place. It's very well located close to the city. Just a small skip to the main road. Property management was very responsive to any special needs. Very professional, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place and would stay here again next time iam in tandag. 5 stars 🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Place was clean and as advertised. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, except for a strong wi-fi connection and a tv (lack of which is totally okay if you’re with friends so we weren’t bothered much by this). Host was responsive and extremely helpful. We barely had any trouble with self check-in and check-out as all instructions were very clear. Private transportation would be better for the place, although its still accessible via public trikes. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Butuan! 💓

Everything was as described. There's a complete kitchen with gas range and oven, all sorts of cookware, utensils, plates, lots of glasses for all types of drink, mugs etc. I suggest you bring your own knife if you are like me that demands a certain sharpness. They have different knives too. They have an outdoor griller too but no microwave. They have free water bottles as part of their welcome kit but requested for a gallon of water for a minimal fee and they instantly set it up for us. A/C was strong for both rooms as well as fans for each room. There are many local mini-stores right by the side of the road. The beach was pristine and well-kept by the locals. Oh and the owner had coconuts for us for free! They have coconut trees in the surrounding areas. Only one issue: wifi signal is weak in the area but then again you can always disconnect while on vacation!

What you see and read is what you will get. Very good contact with the owner and his representative on place, very reactive. You wil have a nice and pleasant stay. Thanks to them !
