Carmen was very helpful from the start, with App messages a few days beforehand and she welcomed us on arrival, to show us all the amenities and lovely gifts, such as food and drink. When we needed anything, she promptly responded to any questions and offered support. As it was cool weather overnight the log burner with lots of wood was very welcome and brightened up the atmosphere. The location was ideal for walking and birds loved the bird seed on the bird table, which was a welcome addition to the lovely views across the valley, especially when the clouds parted. The island is full of contrasts and worth visiting if you enjoy the natural environment, from cool misty mountains to hot, sun-drenched beaches, warm enough to sunbathe and swim from.
A natural pathway is framed by lush greenery, leading toward the entrance of a holiday apartment. The path is lined with various plants, including ferns and climbing vines, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

If you are looking for a clean and spacious apartment, in a fantastic area to go hiking, you will enjoy Claudia's place. Hermigua is the perfect location for so many hikes and has a few nice restaurants. (our favourite was EL Faro's - it had the best fish and sea food of all the places and we also loved the friendly and nice atmosphere there) The village also has few small supermarkets, where you can get what you need and a safe enough place to go swimming in the sea (rock pool) after a long hike. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the small and sheltered balcony every morning in the sun and sometimes with a perfect view over to Tide. On some evenings we went to a restaurant by foot (20min down - 30min up) but most of the times we used the car. We would definitely recommend hiring a car, when staying here and ideally a small one, as roads can be narrow and parking is limited. We absolutely loved our holiday in Claudia's and will be back!

very spacious apartment, it feels a bit like you live in a castle, everything is a bit over the years, but everything is in good shape, also doesn't detract from the charm of the house. There are hiking trails, restaurants and a grocery store in the village, we were traveling without a car and felt very comfortable.

The apartment is exactly like on the pictures. The view on the mountains is spectacular.I lives there for a month while working and enjoyed it very much. Internet works perfectly.

Beautifully located, peaceful setting. Huge stylish space with breathtaking views. Very secluded spot. Especially loved the well stocked kitchen; appliances, Tupperware (great for walks!), condiments (really useful and not always supplied in Airbnbs so was appreciated) and even a bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend Stephans place.
