We had a wonderful experience at Neia's house! The place is very cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying Poços de Caldas in peace. The accommodation was impeccably clean, with new furniture and everything very well maintained. The location is also great, with easy access to shops and sights. Neia was a thoughtful and helpful host, making us feel very comfortable throughout the stay. We will definitely be back and recommend it with our eyes closed!

I went to Poços to visit the Literary Fair and the location was excellent. Paulo responded promptly to all my messages, the apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The apartment is impeccable and in a very quiet neighborhood and is very well equipped. Towels, linens, everything extremely clean and fragrant. The experience was very good for five people, as the apartment also has a suite. Excellent shower!

There was something special in the air, maybe the soft light coming in through the windows, maybe the care in every detail of the decor. Or maybe it was just the peace I hadn't found in a long time. Every day, I discovered small delicacies: the silent order of the space, the discreet hospitality, and, on the terrace, a whirlpool that presented me with one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. As the sky said goodbye in shades of gold and lavender, I realized that certain moments don't have to be grand to become unforgettable, just true. I recommend it to anyone who wants not only to rest, but to live, even if for a few days, the beauty of being in the right place at the right time.

The place is very quiet and charming, having the river next to it with a waterfall is wonderful, the house is well equipped and has everything you need for a quiet stay. Idinael was super attentive, he was flexible with check-in and check-out, which I personally value a lot. The region has a lot to do.

The stay was amazing! The Loft is super spacious (there were 4 of us) and cozy. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything matched the photos. It was amazing. The location is very good, it was super easy to get from there to the city's sights. Pedro was a fantastic host, he responded quickly and was super helpful. I will always recommend!

Great house, large and spacious, well lit. Quiet place, we felt safe. Suitable for those who are driving to facilitate travel, as there is no nearby commerce. The house has a garage, but we found it more convenient to leave the cars on the street in front of the house and it was super quiet. Rita welcomed us personally, provided mineral water and basic items.

Our stay was wonderful, accommodating very well a couple, a baby and a medium-sized dog. The house is comfortable and functional, with a unique and tasteful/playful decoration. Although we do not have a usable garage, we are able to park our car on the street every day, even though it is a holiday. A highlight for the hostess, who has treated us exceptionally well since the time of booking, with tips on restaurants and activities, flexible check in and check out and a lovely treat when welcoming us. The light and positive energy of both the home and its owner certainly made a difference in our trip. 🤍

We really enjoyed staying with Leonardo in his lovely home in Poços de Caldas. It is a quiet neighborhood and further away from the center, the house is integrated with nature and the orchard is full of fruit, outdoor kitchen the way we like it, ideal for couples!

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply amazing. Beautiful house! Very spacious and comfortable! Miss Maria da Penha made us feel very welcome! It was like if she was a family member welcoming us! The location of this house is superb, close to everything! The beds and pillow were very comfortable and shower really nice and hot! I worked out of the working space with their WiFi and it was perfect!! I will stay here every time I come to Poços de Caldas and I highly recommend to anyone who wants a great place to stay!

Good house, very nice and quiet condominium environment..very familiar. Place to rest is a little far from the city...but we took everything we needed so it was quiet. In the condominium there is a restaurant... good food and affordable value

The flat is much better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Bed linens and bath linens of excellent quality. It is very well located, close to market, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy. It has an easy to maneuver garage. Mrs. Lígia is a very kind person. Always responded quickly. It surprised us a pamper on our arrival.Growing in Pocos de Caldas we will certainly look for this flat.

It is important to research the history of the place to understand its structure, age and functioning. This is a 1911 hotel that was later transformed into a condominium and was well known for its casino, its combination of services, comfort and quality. All of this brings a great cost benefit. We like it a lot, it was a journey through time with great memories and curiosities. Igor was very attentive and available during the stadia and everything went as expected. I recommend this place and I will come back more often.
