Hemos estado muy agusto, el apartamento es grande, luminoso, bien climatizado y equipado. Lo mejor, la terraza, las vistas y la distancia a la playa. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia.

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was provided. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

We had a perfect long stay! It's an amazing place to work during the days (taking breaks on the gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea), and to feast on tapas in the evenings. The apartment is more spacious than the pictures show. The dining table can be extended to create ample space for 2 people to work. The shower is hot and powerful. There are black-out shutters which can make the bedroom pitch dark and quiet. There is a club at the marina that will be audible, but we didn't find it troublesome (with the windows closed, it's faint) and the music generally stopped at midnight. We didn't have a car, but didn't miss it. The hill is indeed steep, but definitely walkable if you're reasonably fit (though it will be tougher in the peak of summer). You can use the mercadona and glovo apps to have groceries delivered. Those apps are in English and work perfectly. Raquel has been amazing, picking us up from Almería bus station and dropping us of again. Highly recommend this place!

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation mit Javi war top, er hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir konnten später auschecken, was für uns Toll war. Kueche und Zimmer waren sauber, alles da, was man brauchen kann... Sogar ein airfryer. Weg zum Strand gut zu Fuß moeglich, man ist schnell in Almeria oder tabernas Wüste. Leider wurde der Pool noch renoviert als wir Mitte Juni da waren, aber dafür konnte Javi nichts. Wir wuerden es jederzeit wiederholen.

Het is een ontzettend fijn verblijf waar je met het dakterras en voortuin heerlijk in de zon en schaduw kan zitten. Alle benodigde voorzieningen in huis zijn aanwezig en schoon, daarbij zijn de leuke boekjes en speelgoed voor kinderen echt een hit, top! De locatie is heerlijk rustig, en heeft ook leuke restaurantjes en tapasbarren op een steenworp afstand. Lucrecia heeft een heel fijn huis en is ook heel fijn in het contact, en reageert bijna direct. Heerlijk genoten!

Jose couldn't do enough for us. He was very responsive from the point of booking and throughout the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand for anything you need. He gave excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. Very comfortable bed and couch, lovely towels. The sea view from the balcony is incredible. The pool is a lovely added extra. Walking distance to restaurants, 2 mins to the sea. Parking outside. Supermarket is walkable but best to have a car if getting a lot of groceries. Eat at Nuestra Taberna the food is amazing. 10 minute walk away.
