In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

The house is located 30 km from the city of Coimbra, 45 km from Serra da Estrela and 15 km from Bussaco. We are located 15 minutes from Vila Nova de Poiares, Mortágua, Lousa and Arganil. Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. In Lorvão, you can taste its ex-libris, the snow and the Lorvão pastry. The house is located between 2 river beaches, Vimieiro and Cornicovo

The outdoor space is perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing in our garden while reading, sipping a drink or taking in the most beautiful sunset.

The university is a 5 minutes walk, and the city comercial area is a 1 minute walk. Small restaurants, fado houses, bars, a national museum and small groceries shops are all at hand. This family managed apartment is located at street level.
