Large selection of sights and tourist attractions in the area. 7-minute drive to the station and 3-minute walk to the bus.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. One double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wifi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

About 5-10 minutes by car to Bjursås Berg and Sjö. 1,5 km walk to the ski center. 4 beds. Double bed, one single bed, plus two beds in sofa bed. (Can solve more beds with cots if needed). Wood-fired sauna is available. Can be purchased for cleaning and renting bed linen/towels. Smoke and animal-free.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. I stugan finns en dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa för två, en enkelsäng samt en barnsäng. På gångavstånd finns bad och fiskeplats, kanotled, vandringsleder, utegym, elljusspår, skidspår, gårdsbutik, mataffär och busshållplats. Med bil tar du dig på en halvtimme till Carl-Larssongården, Bjursås skicenter, Nysjöns fäbod och Falu gruva.

On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done before checkout.

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The bed is made and clean towels are provided when you arrive, it's easy to enjoy yourself here! The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Log cabin at Lärfarsgården, lake/natural idyll

At Lärfarsgården you live in a rural setting close to Lake Varpan (swimming area 3 min walk) with the possibility of canoeing, fishing or long-distance skating. You can bike/hike in scenic forest areas with great views. Eggs are available to buy directly from Lärfarsgården's own chickens.
