One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, pristine clean, and very well furnished. Responsive and friendly host too. If I visit Crete again, I'm going to try and stay here.

Beautiful apartment with a great location 2 minutes walk to the beach. When we arrived there was kindly some snacks and wine in the fridge and coffee for the morning. The apartment has everything you need to cook in the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the balcony with a beautiful veiw of the sea. Giannis was such a great host and was always available to answer any questions we had or give us reccomendations. Giannis and his family were SO kind and even gave us a home cooked meal on our last day. Everyone in the town was so friendly especially the man who sells the lounge chairs on the beach and the man who runs the mini market. Would definitely come back!!

A wonderful place at a perfect location for a great value. Emmanuel is very friendly and attentive. He gave us plenty of recommendations and answered any questions in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend !

Thank you so much Antonis for this wonderful stay. The apartment is perfect with great A/C and good WiFi as well. It is so well located with only a few minutes walk to the beach and supermarket. Antonis was very responsive and so helpful. We had a great 3.5 weeks and couldn’t recommend this apartment enough!

We felt very comfortable at Manos. Despite the very late arrival, he showed us everything and we were very happy about the fresh fruit and the bottle of wine in the fridge. Once the key got stuck in the door, he came after a short time and took care of the lock. We will be happy to come back and wish him a successful season.

Great stay! Just be aware of the additional “climate tax” that is requested upon arrival. This wasn’t very clear before booking via Airbnb. But I did receive a notification afterwards. Nothing against the hotel though. Everything was great 😎

Me and my boyfriend had the most amazing time here. Amazing location with the most perfect view. We didn’t have a car and this actually was no problem! There are lovely places within a walkable distance. Would highly recommend :) Thankyou Vivi and Vasilis!!

This place was great! I loved staying here. Very very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we were also given two bath robes which were a very nice addition. We loved this place and would definitely recommend. The surrounding area was quite bland with wrecked buildings around but there is a very nice and quiet beach 2 minutes walking distance away. Location is also very close to the airport and the port (about 15 min drive). I suggest renting a car as crete is a very large island and at least in my experience the public transportation proved unreliable.

This was a super charming apartment with a wonderful host. We arrived very late and tired, and the check in was super smooth and simple—exactly what we needed with two tired kids! There was cold water, beer, fruit, and snacks waiting for us, and the sofa bed was set up and ready to go. The place was pristine clean. There are two wonderful balconies with shade. Each room had a ceiling fan, and there is AC in the bedroom. The doors and windows have screens, so you can leave them open at night without worrying about bugs, and the temperature for sleeping was just perfect!we had an amazing stay, and my only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! 100% recommended!

My boyfriend and I spent five nights here for my 22nd birthday and it did not disappoint. The photos on here do not do the place justice and the local area is just the right amount of quiet busy also with an abundance of restaurants and bars. We didn’t get a hire car as we managed with the local buses as they are so much cheaper and we were able to get to beaches such as Saridari and Paralia Psaromoura, which we would recommend. We also would highly recommend a boat tour to Dia island if you are able too. Restaurant wise in Gournes we cannot recommend Nami Restaurant enough and it is a must! The beach opposite is a lovely shallow beach but we aware it can be quite windy hence why we explored other beaches - would advise if u go to these beaches you leave early (especially if u want a sun lounger)! We had a great and unfortunately very short stay at Pepy's beautiful house in the hills! The apartment was clean, spacious and cozy! There was water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine for us! Pepy is a lovely and accommodating hostess and we'd love to come back!

This place is IMMACULATE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is so lovely and the balcony view is stunning! We enjoy sitting in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The location is perfect, it’s 5 min walking distance from the Lion Fountain Square where they have the best bougatsa at Kirkor!!! There is a pay parking right across the street. We are definitely coming back! Hosts are amazing and responsive! We already miss Crete!

Upon our late arrival, Manolis and his wife were waiting for us, a warm and friendly welcome was reserved for us. The accommodation is clean, pleasant and quiet as well as the garden is well maintained and pleasant. Everything is done to rest well. Everything is located 2 steps from a beautiful beach, happiness :) Manolis and his wife are adorable and very friendly and helpful, they took great care of us. The place, the hotel service, everything is perfect for a lovely relaxing stay and close to everything. We are delighted and very happy to have chosen Johanna's apartment for our vacation. Chrysa is a very friendly and helpful host. She answered all our questions very fast. The apartment was very clean and just like in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

With our arrival in Crete, we couldn’t have be greeted with a more perfect stay than at this apartment just outside the centre of town. Oreo Travel presented, and delivered, a spacious & contemporary environment that had everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed, clean rooms and space & the addition of a private pool/jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Coming back to an air conditioned space was something we couldn’t get enough of. With a short walk to local shops and the old town, we found it was the perfect location to be private in the evenings but accessible to local arenas in the day. That comfort to know we didn’t have to go far for anything was very useful. Overall, an incredibly enjoyable experience with this property. It was clean, comfortable, well furnished & with great amenities to make our stay all that more enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Alice Villa. Location is truly fantastic for shopping and loads of restaurants. We spent quite a bit of time at the villa when the weather wasn’t the greatest and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Marianna for the wonderful hospitality and the gifts. Have to mention the people we met in the restaurants and on the streets, soooo friendly. We were very sad to leave. Could’ve stayed a lot Longer. Book it, youll love it. Until next time.

Great place, as described and clean.

We loved our stay here, the balcony was truly as good as it looks! We thoroughly enjoyed movie nights in the hot tub every evening. The host very kindly prepared us some watermelon slices on our final night, a great end to our stay! We would highly recommend!
