Villa Piperi is a gem in the Kythnos Island. The quality of the house, the beautiful pool and the stunning view of the sea make it one of the best ones we’ve ever seen on a Greek island. We’ve stayed 1 week, and the owners were always ready to reply for every kind of question we had. The house is located in the middle of the island which is perfect for touring and every day. We loved it and we cannot wait to come back someday.

We had a great time at Sabine’s house. Beautiful and clean house, perfect location, quiet with a wonderful view on the sea. Sabine was also available and very reactive when we needed her. Looking forward to coming back!

This place is beautiful and overlooks the island perfectly. Very quiet and quaint. It is not located in Milos like it was originally posted. So we had some issues there. Kynthos is a beautiful island though. And it is non refundable so be mindful if you don’t want to spend 3 days at that particular place. It’s at the top of the hill so you will need a car to get around. During the time we went the wind was so bad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. So I’d check the weather and make a sound judgement. The beds were comfortable and she provided espresso kcups. The kitchen had a lot of little Knick knacks that were mindful of the guests.

I can't even begin to write how nice a time we had at Alex' villa. It was one of the best week's of my life and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in Kea. The villa is even better than the pictures, the setting is one of the most beautiful locations I've ever been to. It's in such a peaceful, quiet spot on the island, with no one around. It's so rare to feel so remote, and so close to amenities. We had a few minor issues with power, but I only include this to say how responsive Nikos (the property manager) was in getting back to me, and helping to resolve the issues. We were able to resolve any issues quickly, and he had an electrician on site within 40 mins. The pool was beautiful, the rooms; stunning, the views; out of this world, the cove; so serene. The only advice we'd offer to anyone coming is to rent an SUV or 4x4. One of our group had multiple flat tires but it's a small price to pay for being so remote. LOVED. We had a full villa and we will all be back!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

The residence was far better than what is shown on the pictures. The overall experience was fantastic and Kiki was always available and attentive to all our needs. It is a unique experience.

We stayed in this amazing house for 15 days. It was so beautiful that we didn’t want to go out!! Tastefully furnished, with an infinity pool and, just under the house, the sea to dive into! Maria was an excellent host to help with everything.

Lovely place, very close to the nearest beach, which is almost private, large rooms and showers

Villa Juno is a beautiful house with breathtaking views and an amazing pool. We loved our stay there, and felt privileged every night to sit on the amazing terrace watching the sun go down. All the bedrooms are equally nice and spacious and it suited our family of eight perfectly. We were there in May/June and it was hot and the sea was warm enough to swim, but there were hardly any other people on the lovely beaches. We loved walking around the old town and visiting the beaches. We would recommend a 4x4 for easy access to the house and some of the beaches.

The view from the house is something out of a magazine, especially at sunset. Getting there: We followed Elena's instructions and it was very easy to get to the house. We had a compact rental car and did not encounter any issues, so 4x4 is not needed at all. Check In: Very simple and timely. The property caretaker, Telis, met us at the property, opened it up, and showed us around. While he does not speak English, he still showed us what needed to be shown (water heater, pool lighting, etc.) The House: The house smells excellent, as there are scent sticks in each room that are very pleasant. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all furnished and stocked very nicely and with thought. For example, we noticed that the bunk beds each have a small perch and outlet to charge your phone and rest it on the perch. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, the bunk bed room, and a room we used as a master. The "master" has a large terrace overlooking the pool and the view, but the view isn't visible from the bed. The rooms share a bathroom that is in the hallway that is the most spacious of the house. Downstairs there is another bedroom that can be used as a master with its own bathroom. By the front door there is another full bathroom. All of the showers are a bit cramped for 2 people, but the water pressure was great and the soaps are of quality. The infinity pool is excellent and is bigger than it looks in the pictures, however, it is not heated so it may be cold for some, especially at night. The View and the Cove: The View is straight out of a magazine, no pictures can do it any justice, it was the most incredible view my wife and I have had in any country. The small cove is incredible and you feel as if you have a private beach with a view of the sunset. It is fairly easy to get to, although it may be a bit slippery for an older individual or child to get to on their own. Location: A car is heavily recommended for your stay on Kea. The house is a beautiful 30 minute drive from the main port, about 15 minutes from Illouis, and 10 minutes from Pisses beach. Elena recommended us a quiet restaurant named Margaritha and it was one of the best meals we had in our time in Greece. Very authentic Greek food, very affordable, and only about 10 minutes driving. Many more options in Vourkari (near the port) and Ioulida. Privacy: As of September of 2022, most of the neighbors' houses are unfinished. The houses above and overlooking this one are lived in, however, only one of the houses to the sides is finished, so it was very quiet during our stay. None of the houses can see you down by the Cove.

Top notch house in Kea. Stylish, quiet and with stunning views. Everything is so thoughtfully taken care of that leaves you with a smile on your face. Strongly recommended.

This place is picture perfect; we absolutely loved it! The pool, the outdoor space, the nearly private beach - all of it makes for the ideal Greek getaway. The home is very secluded. It takes about 15 minutes over very rough roads to get to this part of the island and once you’re there, you’re there. In other words, there is nothing to do but enjoy the house and the beach. That is exactly what we were looking for and this home delivered in spades. We have zero complaints but one suggestion for the owners. It would be great if there was a paid service where guests could provide a grocery list and have the groceries waiting at the house upon arrival for a fee. It’s a very bumpy ride into town and back, and this would help guests get settled in even faster. Again, this is not a complaint at all, but rather a suggestion for an add-on service that others might also appreciate and be willing to pay for. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful spacious house with a wonderful vibe in a brilliant location. Ideal for two couples with single kids. Quite secluded (shops, restaurants not immediately nearby) but in a neighborhood with other villas so neighbors nearby. Ideal for those looking for peace, away from the crowds. Neatly and cozily furnished. Everything you need is there. Wifi and air conditioning worked well ;-). Beds, sheets, towels: fine. Kitchen a bit on the small side, for larger company a bit narrow in terms of work space, but it works. Technical issue with the sink was immediately resolved by the house keeper who also took care of the pool maintenance. Very smooth communication with sympathetic owner. During our stay, the lighting of the pool was not working, but I assume this will be restored soon. The view of the neighbors' terrace (due to several holes in the partition wall) and therefore also the other way around, but the neighbors are very friendly. Very nice beach at the bottom of the house.

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

The villa is in an amazing location overlooking the sea and sunsets, minutes walk from the beautiful Xyla beach. It was clean and very well presented per the photos. Maria was incredibly helpful in organising ferries and providing local information on the island which has so many great places to visit.

Andreas house is outstanding. Very quiet location, yet only a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beach on the island as well as the bustling towns of Korissia, Vourkari and Ioulis. Plus spectacular sea views and sunsets of all colors. The house is perfectly furnished and equipped (the ceiling fans saved our nights), not too impersonal, but not too much private either. You feel like you are staying with friends. Andreas and Eirini are always responsive and very, very friendly. And last: The photos can only approximate the house - it is much better!
