Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. The property has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with TVs throughout, the kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge. The bathroom has hot water, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Features a comfortable terrace overlooking the Libyan Sea.

"Chrysi's Ocean View Retreat" is located in the traditional picturesque village of Kerame, in southern Rethymnon. The air-conditioned accommodation of 110 sq.m. 1st floor has unobstructed views of the Libyan Sea, includes 3 bedrooms, 4 HD smart TVs with satellite channels, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) washing machine, 2 bathrooms with shower and private parking 150 sq.m.

My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.
