Beachfront vacation rentals in Agia Anna

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

The apartment was very beautiful and Maria was a very responsive host, messaging us as we arrived off the ferry to say we could check in early. The location is quiet and close to the beach yet only a short walk from the waterfront restaurants in town. Maria’s guide sent to us before our stay was useful with notes on the apartment and getting around. A fantastic stay, we would come back.

Wonderful place to stay in Naoussa. It’s out of the hustle and bustle but completely walkable. Close to an amazing restaurant (Piperaki Coffee-Brunch-Cocktails) and bakery (Xamilothoris). The place itself was really cool! Very unique, spacious and had beautiful outdoor seating areas. The host, concierge and housekeeper were all very helpful. Free parking on the street (no issues finding a spot right next to the place). Bonus: adorable cats in the neighbourhood.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and with charming restaurants conveniently located right behind the property. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing at night, especially when the breeze picked up, was incredibly calming and added to the coastal charm. Maria was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, even helping us arrange a car rental upon arrival from Athens. We also appreciated the help with laundry services, which made traveling with kids much easier. Speaking of the kids, they absolutely loved the fresh fruit that seemed to magically appear each day! The home was impeccably maintained, with the cleaning staff paying close attention to every detail. We felt completely safe and well cared for throughout our stay. It was a perfect getaway, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Anna’s place was indeed the prettiest studio we’ve stayed in Greece. The bed, kitchen, bathroom and everything was as described and maybe even better. Also i have to mention how helpful and kind Anna was during the entire stay- picking us up from the port and bringing us her homemade pie for breakfast. Would def stay there again if we visit Naxos once more

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

It is a very conveniently located place if you have a car. The rooms are close to the beach and the place is amazing.

Lovely self catering villa perfect for friends and family looking to relax away from the beaches of Naxos. The unit was well stocked and pristine. The pool was the perfect temperature, nice and cool to escape the sun when it got too hot. The bedrooms were simple and very comfortable with modern AC units. The outdoor eating and social areas were also very nice. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We walked down to the beach some mornings, though only for active individuals with good shoes / trainers. The bakery nearby is excellent and worth a daily trip for coffee and breakfast. A car is a must and make sure to stock up on supplies from the bigger supermarkets. A lovely five night stay in beautiful Naxos. Thank you!

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

This was an amazing place to stay in! Our house was so awesome and the outdoor amenities were fantastic. Everything was perfect. The walk to the beach is so short (4 minutes) and the ocean is clear with super soft sand and gorgeous views. This was the perfect spot for my family. The pool was also beautiful and very fun to sit by/swim. We fell in love with the restaurant across the street called Faros. The servers were so nice and the food was amazing. There is also a great grocery store 5 minutes away driving. The host of this house is also amazing. She was very responsive and attended to anything we needed very quickly. She also gave us great recommendations for places to go on the island and we did most of them which ended up being an amazing experience and overall beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. 100/10.

Alexander and Karolina from Anthi's team made our visit so amazing. Anthi was so responsive and helpful, the place was beautiful, and Alexander's daily breakfast was the best way to wake up and have private breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a private, beautiful experience. They made such a special trip for us!

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this house! The pool was a highlight, perfect for a long day at the beach. The entire property was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even better. We also loved exploring the island—it was a dream! The beaches had crystal-clear water, and we enjoyed discovering the local food and culture, which made the experience even more special. The kitchen and the house were impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at hand, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay and a perfect base for island adventures!

Maria was quick to respond and gave us a ride to and from the port, which was very helpful for us. She made lots of recommendations and showed us around the town. The place was clean and in walking distance of the beach.

Giorgos’ place was perfect for our three night stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured; clean and tidy, and right on the beach. Giorgos is a great host. He sent clear and helpful instructions and was very friendly on check in and check out.

10/10 ⭐️ the Airbnb was perfect and the hosts were fabulous! We stayed in suite I and it was spectacular, the view of the beach was gorgeous and our room was spotless. There’s a midday pickup (new towels, made bed, taken trash) which was refreshing. There’s a ton of restaurants within walking distance (10-15mins), or you can drive and there’s a small parking lot (5min) from the Airbnb, and street parking options. Highly recommend checking out Giannoulis for dinner (we had a short wait in line, but they gave us wine while waiting, the food portion was large and delicious, and just overall a great experience, it’s a little wild in there, but we truly enjoyed our dinner experience).

Private studio hideaway with exclusive, unique location and western views toward Paros. Beautiful sunsets. Interior is cozy, but so clean, well thought out and equipped. Lovely terrace doubles your living space…we savored our time on the terrace, both day and night. Easy walking distance to coastal path and beaches. Randy is such a kind, attentive host who truly cares about your experience. She generously offered us local treats from Naxos throughout our stay. We heartily recommend without hesitation!

Such a beautiful view, so peaceful and private. There is a restaurant next door but. There is a divider between allowing you to still maintain privacy. I loved this space, perfect location. Host was responsive and very helpful! I would recommend!!!

A beautiful place!!! Perfect for more wife and I. Great views and awesome outdoor space to soak in the sights. It’s located at the end of the beach and perched up on hill. A 2min walk down to the beach. Avali family (highly recommend) restaurant and Molos Bar Restaurant right there as well. Walk down the beach or next to the pink lakes for about half a mile and your in the main restaurant and tavern area. Plenty of little markets, stores and Tavernas. Mina would greet us every morning and bring fresh towels and tidy up while we were out. So friendly! Definitely recommend Mary/Nektarias place as it was worth every thing we paid

What more can be said! A phenomenal place to stay with a second to none display of Naxian hospitality. Very clean. Quiet but also an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Mid May was a beautiful time to visit with so many wildflowers. The house is on a large property with a garden, wildflowers, and beehives (the bees do not come near you, they are way in the field). You can hear birds and neighbouring roosters when you come outside in the morning. The house is spacious and had everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels (bring your own beach towel), dishes, and cooking pots/utensils; it was super clean and had lovely decor. You can easily bus from town and enjoy the beach without renting a car, however, a rental car for a few days makes it easier to explore the villages and other parts of the Island. A gem of a spot to vacation and enjoy Naxos!
