I truly appreciated all about this place. - Dimitrios is a great host - welcoming and caring - always fast to respond and help. His place felt like home within just few days - easily accessible and withl all needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the proximity of the little church, lovely outdoor space and the interesting neighbourhood. Dimitrios helped me a lot - kindly organising the mule transport and also a boat trip. the traditional stone house is a cosy family home with old world charm. We really enjoyed the view over the sea from the terrace and the great walks through the neighbourhood, to the harbour and on the surrounding hillsides. There were very good restaurants, cafes and bakers. Swimming in the sea was perfect. A very relaxing holiday!

What an amazing place to stay!! It is incredible, clean and with a stunning view!! Everything was amazing, the communication with Eleanna was easy and her parents are very friendly and ready to help anytime. It’s walkable and very close to the centre (10minutes walking) and I definitely recommend it and will be back for sure!!

The donkey Penelope is very popular when the boat arrives. We hope she was able to give birth since we left.

Loved my stay here. It was adorable and had no problems. Was showed around the home by the housekeeper, who was very sweet and even left me with a snack! It has a beautiful view of the sunset and the clock tower. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again. It’s also close to the port if you don’t mind walking or a quick taxi away! You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

Beautiful house, spacious,functional , a remarkable property. Very well located to admire the sea in the morning by coffee and in the evening, at sunset: beautiful! Very well located also for travel in the Peloponnese, a few minutes from quiet beaches and restaurants, taverns and shops. In Agios Aimilianos you are in the middle of what is the most beautiful in Greece: the sea, olive trees, orange trees... Our host, Apostolos : A very discreet, attentive person who responds quickly to messages.

Wonderful place! We had a great time! The house is absolutely beautiful - it is very nicely done, has everything you need, is clean, spacious and has amazing terraces on two sides. The pool is small, but very nice. And the views to the sea are simply stunning! We stayed with 4 people and loved how remote the house was - just felt like we had the place to ourselves but could still walk to the beach in 15 min. You definitely need a car to stay there, but with that it is easy to get to the nearby towns. The host was very responsive and friendly. Can only highly recommend- will definitely come back if ever in the area again.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

We had a great time at the Casa! Very convenient and well thought-out layout, beautiful outdoor areas, all four (!) of them - three terraces and a pool area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. The sea view was incredible. The house is within walking distance from many restaurants and the centre of Porto Cheli, yet very quiet and tranquil. Christos was an amazing host - he gave us all of the information needed and much more including local recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, beaches, etc. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Villa Anna is everything you read in the great reviews and more. The house has everything you might need, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. The view is amazing with balconies and terrace all around. I enjoyed immensely sitting in the winter sun and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee. The hosts were super helpful. Highly recommended and we hope to be back someday.

Peaceful spot with a great garden and outdoor space, a short walk down to a beach, and not far from a beach with more sand and sun beds. The hosts were so generous and we enjoyed the local olive oil, olives and oregano!

Fantastic accomodation 5 minutes walk from a wonderful small beach. Very peaceful neighborhood. The house was spotless and the host responsive in any question we had. It can easily accomodate 5 people and the design of the house is amazing. The kitchen is upstairs with a beautifully designed living room and dining room together leading to a quite large balcony with great views. Each bedroom has an airconditioning and there are two bathrooms and a tv updstairs and in the bedroom. Just a brilliant house and very friendly neighborhood. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. I had a really nice time in there

This spacious and central located stonehouse has everything you need for a family to spend a wonderful time at a wonderful place. It is comfortable, cosy and modern at the same time and only some footsteps away from the corniche/paralia/beach/harbour/ supermarkets/coffeeshops as well as the seaside. Enjoy😀 aa we did!

Sophie's house is an enchanted break. We stayed in a tastefully decorated house with all the necessary amenities. It's very cocooning. And what about the garden with its patio that leads to serenity and relaxation! The house is close to the beach. You can see beautiful coves and visit beautiful villages if you have a vehicle We loved our stay and especially the island of Speetses which is splendid. We recommend staying at Sophie's place and will gladly return. Thank you.

The location is literally on the sea with a great view. The decor is a bit dated and the bathroom would have liked a renovation but everything was functional and spotless.
