Newly Renovated The House has a large open plan lounge and kitchen , with a large Log burner for your use. 2 double bedrooms and a mezzanine which can sleep 2 ( has low ceiling ) . A large shower room and a utility with washing machine for your use. Outside to the rear is a garden with a small pool (3m x2m) a lovely seating area and BBQ . To the front is a lovely Terrace with a seating area .

Hidden away, ideally located in the heart of the Tarn-et-Garonnaise countryside, halfway between Toulouse and Bordeaux, 10 minutes from the highway and 5 minutes from Auvillar, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nature lovers, this is the perfect place! Renovated in a cozy and warm spirit, you can stay there with up to 12 people. The water retention basin and the stream will accommodate fishermen or those who wish to wade.

Walk-in shower - Separate toilet. NO kitchen BUT kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes available. Pool shared with owner. Warm atmosphere: "à la bonne franquette". I live on the 2nd floor of the house 😉

Located in the center of Agen, 7 minutes' walk from the train station and close to all amenities, this apartment with direct access to a quiet street is newly renovated. The accommodation consists of a large bedroom, a bathroom toilet area and a large living room/kitchen, with a cozy space that can be cut off from the living room thanks to a large curtain and isolate two additional beds if necessary. You can also enjoy a small shaded terrace.

From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). Sheets, bath towels and linen provided 🙂 greenway nearby.
