The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

Here you can enjoy the forest right outside the door, sunset and views of Trondheimsfjorden, bathe with the doors open, sit outside under the roof, and open the large folding doors , so inside the outside feeling will be completely seamless! Walk for only 3 minutes and you can find Trondheim's most popular bathing area Korsvika, and you have the center and sunny side at walking distance. Bus stop outside the door. Very friendly landlord, flexible and helpful. All rooms, with 14 beds, were nicely refurbished, and we felt very welcome. Large long table with room for 15-16 dinner guests. Facilities for video viewing and music. Fantastic views, heated pool and good opportunities for storage of refrigerated/frozen goods, clothes and equipment. Perfect for hosting a party!!

Great single-family home with plenty of room. We got good and clear instructions ahead of time. Also a big plus that it was informed in advance of renovation work so that we knew what we were going to do. Hosts also responded quickly to our requests. Where we'd love to come back😊

Really a place to recommend :) Especially if you are a big family like us, the house was big and very spacious. Very good outdoor area for barbecuing and cuddling. Birgitte as a host was great, always helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the most beautiful Sætra to Monika. Setra is surrounded by beautiful surroundings and has a formidable view. This is the perfect place to celebrate New Year's Eve! The four-legged people also had a great time outside in the enclosure that is around Sætra. This is a place that is even nicer than in the pictures, and has everything you need for a nice stay. Monika was available and very helpful. Thanks for us - we'd love to come back!

Anita is super host! From moment I sendt first message till we left, was fast and easy communication! House is is very comfortable, whit everything what is needed for peaceful stay. Around is beautiful views and a lot possibility to go hiking, sauna is very nice and placed exactly in coastline of fjord. And her husband was very helpfull with boat rent and showing best fishing spots nearby. I very recommend this place for others to stay, it’s super peaceful and in same time if there is needed something Anita super responsive! Recommend 💯

Great place! Very comfortable and well equipped. Host was very friendly and helpful. Stayed for a few nights with lots of kids and they were very happy.

The house is really exactly as shown in the photos - everything is really true here! We very much regretted having only stayed here a few nights and would stay longer next time as it is a great base station for exploring the surroundings, going to Trondheim, hiking, etc. After an eventful day, you can then "take a walk" across the lake in the evening, cook in the well-equipped kitchen and really relax. Highly recommended!

We spent one night at Elias’s place, it was really good and the host is really responsive because we booked the reservation during the afternoon and he immediately answered! Close to Trondheim center it’s really great.
