Farmstay vacation rentals in Aegean Sea

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

Our stay at Loulou House was one of the highlights of our trip! The house is well designed, clean, functional, spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed. The setting is quiet and peaceful with incredible views in all directions. It truly felt like we were in a painting! We loved seeing the goats every day. Angeliki went above and beyond as a host. She helped us navigate to the house, showed us around the property, answered our questions promptly, stocked the house with plenty of food and water, and even left us with a parting gift. Highly recommend this place for an authentic and relaxing experience!

this was after a lot of research definitely a good choice of place to stay. we loved the view's, the peaceful surrounding, the space to relax inside and outside.Lefteris and his lovely wife are genuine people with a passion about the planet. which was amazing. the place was immaculate and we thought even better than the photos. It was so good my wife had a wee cry of happiness. You will need some form of transport to enjoy syros to the maximum. we only had 3 nights here but should have stayed longer.we think that we need to return to syros and would not go anywhere else to stay but here. It is so homely and welcoming.

Séjour absolument idyllique dans cette petite maison cycladique. Elle est simplement impeccable, petite mais comporte tout ce qui est nécessaire, et offre une vue imprenable depuis le lit dont il est impossible de se lasser. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, largement à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrons pour sûr. Il faut seulement prévoir un moyen de locomotion (ce que nous n'avions pas) ou acheter tout le nécessaire avant d'arriver car il est impossible de faire ses courses à pieds et il n'y a pas de transports publics. Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nella casa di George. Si è dimostrato sin da subito molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha persino fatto assaggiare una squisita pie al formaggio fatta in casa. La casa rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto sul sito. È molto confortevole per 6 persone ed offre un giardino dove ho potuto addirittura cogliere ottimi fichi e limoni. L’unico piccolo neo è che la casa è attaccata alla strada che collega il porto alla parte occidentale dell’isola e quindi pur essendo totalmente immersa nel verde risente del rumore delle macchine e dei motorini. Però questo non disturba assolutamente il riposo notturno in quanto le doppie finestre sono molto ben isolanti. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nella casa di George.

Mi experiencia en esta villa fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento que llegué, me sentí como en casa gracias a la cálida bienvenida de Alessandro e Gabriella. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia, con una decoración muy bonita y acogedora que hizo que cada rincón fuese un placer. La cama era muy cómoda y pequeños detalles, como el café y las recomendaciones locales, hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más especial. La ubicación es perfecta y tiene vistas increíbles en una zona muy tranquila y segura. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaré en futuras visitas. Lo recomiendo al 100%. This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.

We had an amazing stay at Maria's house. It was cosy and a great location to be right in the middle of the village, the highlight was swimming from the rocks beneath the church of the seven martyrs every morning!

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller, großer Terrasse! Voll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen Überblick über Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants auf der Insel. Der Kühlschrank war bei Begrüßung voll und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, teils mit Produkten der Farm und liebevoll zubereitetem Gebäck. Die Unterkunft liegt recht abseits, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto und muss sich darauf einstellen immer ein kleines Stück zu fahren, wenn man beispielsweise abends essen gehen möchte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

This Airbnb was everything we could have wanted and more! Every detail was carefully thought out to make our stay as comfortable and as local as possible. Dimitris and his family were so friendly and kind, and the views beautiful. Thank you!

Overall, an amazing place to stay. Looks just like the photos - very stylish and great views. The top terrace was a particular favourite of ours and very peaceful. We didn’t use the lower terrace as it was slightly less convenient and there were only two of us (it is down a set of stairs and behind a locked door). The village has three restaurants although one was closed when we came in mid September. The other two were perfect for dinner in the evening and only a few minutes on foot. There wasn’t a shop in the village so we had to drive back to the main town for supplies. The Airbnb was initially a little hard to find but Terry was immediately responsive and guided us to the right entrance on the phone. None of these were major issues though - we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if you want to be able to explore Tinos but stay somewhere (very) quiet and peaceful away from the busier villages.

This space is special in so many ways but what stands out the most is Mr. Aytuğ himself. He was extremely kind and helpful to us, making our stay as easy as possible and enjoyable. We made the mistake of not taking groceries and he happily took us to thr supermarket twice! I can't recommend this place enough: the views, the pool, the house itself and the host! Will be coming back 😊

Anna Maria und Stratos were the best hosts! Very good communication even long before we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Anna Maria even brought us fresh eggs from the farm and selfmade olive oil to try. She was also very proactive with recommendations and helped us plan our days. The house was very cute, a standalone house on the top of the hill with a beautiful wide view of the island. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone valuing privacy and an authentic stay on Naxos!

This is a beautiful place to stay. It’s nestled in between peach orchards and walnut groves. From the balcony you have views of the castle and mountains in the distance. It’s incredibly private and cannot be seen from the road. The house was immaculately clean and everything was very well laid out. Kitchen had lots of equipment. The pool and jacuzzi were endlessly enjoyed and was definitely a happy place for all the family! You couldn’t want a better host in Hayrettin and Meral. They were so helpful and thoughtful! It was our daughters birthday when we were there and they came over with a cake!! They were responsive and sorted out any queries we had promptly. It was a delight to stay there and we’d love to come back soon.

Unsere Zeit in dem kleinen Haus war wunderbar, es war noch viel schöner als wir erwartet hatten. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und es war für alles gesorgt. Wir hoffen, irgendwann wiederkommen zu können!

Pamir’s place was one of the best parts of our trip to Kusadasi. His housekeeper, Murat, was an absolute pleasure and made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the villa are breathtaking, the beds were comfortable, and the grounds and space were extremely well kept. We would absolutely return again and bring more people given how large the house was. One tip to note: you must bring all toiletries and disposables like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. The first few are provided for you but if you are staying more than a couple days you’ll need to pick these up. The location was a bit challenging to get to, but absolutely worth it given the view of the mountain. Even so, Pamir and Murat both ensured we arrived timely and safely. A rental car is a must.

Great place for those who look to the opposite direction of trends. we will come back!

Our family of 7 (with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of room with lots of space inside and out. Beautiful, clean pool and outdoor kitchen were great. The resident pup was a hit with the kids! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset and the lit Palamidi. We felt right at home from the start. John was very responsive with answers to our questions and the caretakers were there to help as well. The villa is an easy drive to Nafplio for restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon at Axion Esti bee farm, learning about honey and beekeeping. I would gladly come back here on our next trip to the area.

This place is an absolute gem! It exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We stayed there as a group of 16 people, and everybody loved it. Some of us even went so far as to vote it the best airbnb we ever stayed in. It is a beautiful villa on the hill surrounded with oleanders and other flower shrubs with spectacular views of the sea and the island. Every apartment has it's own balcony, and the common areas are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and fresh. The terrace with the pool faces east and provides an opportunity to look at the sunrise over the sea. Panos is very friendly and helpful in many ways. He helped to transport us from and to the ferry, and even drove us to the supermarket to shop groceries and helped with translation at the store. It is a place we really want to return to!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme chez Ioannis qui nous a accueillis sur place. le site est exceptionnellement beau et la maison, très intime.

Toni is a great host: detail-oriented, proactive, warm, friendly and attentive. The studio is perfect and very well located and close enough to the two main cities on Paros island, while enjoying very quiet nights away from the night life. A rental car or quad is required. Lovely beaches only a few minutes away, lots of coffee shops and bakeries… Toni is very knowledgeable about the area and has many great recommendations to offer. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return!

Die schönste Unterkunft in der wir jemals waren und perfekt für Familien. Traumhafter Garten, unglaublicher Ausblick - ein privater Strand und alles was man benötigt von Küchenutensilien bis Schwimmsachen für die Kinder. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Kühlschrank mit Lebensmittel für Supermarktpreise. Immer ein Ansprechpartner, schnelle Antworten. Ich könnte hier noch viel mehr erzählen und schwärmen. Ein Stückchen Erde, dass es so kaum noch gibt! Ein wahres Juwel mit dem Duft von Jasmin und wundervollen Pflanzen im Mai. Besser als die Bilder. Vielen Dank für alles und hoffentlich bis Bald!
