Depending on the volume of reservations and availability, an available bungalow is provided to our guests on their check-in and check-out dates.

Our houses located in the Kızlan neighborhood are right in the middle of the Mediterranean and Aegean sea. 4 km to the Mediterranean Sea, 5 km to the Aegean Sea, 5 km to Datça Center, 3 km to Eski Datçaya We are only 500 meters away from the grocery store, grocery store, bakery. Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.

Paradise On Earth

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
