This makes the apartment ideal for events, trade fairs, seminars, etc. In particular, the proximity to companies such as Bosch, VW, Salzgitter AG, MAN and a few more, makes this apartment interesting for fitters.

Our stylish self-contained apartment is on the second floor of our family home. It has a separate entrance. The apartment was completed in 2024 and is now waiting for guests looking for a quiet environment. There is a 180 x 200 bed in the bedroom. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed and we also have mattresses available as needed. We can also offer a Win children's travel bed and high chair. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
