Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Adelaide Hills Council

Our stay was comfortable and safe, and we look forward to staying in one of Lipings' houses next time we come to Adelaide.

Lucia was a wonderful host—warm, helpful, and checked in daily to make sure we were comfortable. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cookware and laundry supplies. It’s in a quiet area (with occasional plane noise at night), and the garden with a pool is lovely, though we visited in autumn and didn’t use it. The location is super convenient—just 5–10 minutes to Tea Tree Plaza, the bus station, and Modbury Hospital. The bed was soft and comfy, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats: milk, chocolate, and jam. And of course, her dog Jackie was adorable!

Nelly and Geoff were wonderful hosts, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. They were accommodating, preparing the hot tub to our schedule and setting up the ball machine on the tennis court. We really enjoyed our stay in the Hills and the peaceful surroundings that La Cachette offered.

Mukhuzo is such a great host, he let me leave my luggage before the check in time and also after the check out time during the day. The hause is so nice too, the garden is great if you like reading.

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful place to stay!! Hosts were amazing, their communication was brilliant, and all the little extra attention to details they went to just made our stay so special!! From the choccies and a fridge full of goodies, to the beautiful cake from the bakery, everything was thought of and provided!! The house literally leaves you wanting for nothing, anything you can think of is provided for you, and the spa bath with a view of the sunset upstairs was absolute bliss! ! A beautiful welcome letter left for us just made us feel so welcomed and started our weekend on the perfect note! Cannot recommend this wonderful place highly enough, and although I was with my boys this time, I will definitely be coming back with just my partner as the house/church and surrounding gardens are just full of romance!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property, we had an amazing time and felt very special staying there!

This was absolutely stunning. It was a private, quiet and clean space with all the amenities you could think of. There was absolutely nothing lacking and we felt extremely comfortable and right at home immediately. The space was large yet cozy, private with amazing views. We had constant and immediate contact every time we sought assistance. We couldnt be happier with our stay and we will definitley be back. Nelly's hospitality was second to none, and the property was just gorgeous.

This house is amazing!! Beautiful views straight onto the ocean and lots of space in a great house. A short walk down the esplanade to the main part of Glenelg, a perfect location. Chris was a great host who was very accessible when required. Will definitely be back!!

The view was simply astonishing there and it fulfilled my dream of staying in the vineyard for a night, the rooms were spacious with plenty of activity spaces, And I truly appreciate that there is a station that makes us ready to host tastings.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully French-inspired decorated stay, the house was well-equipped with ample space. Suzie was an incredibly accommodating host and made us feel right at home. It’s the small things that leave big impressions. We’ll definitely be back for another visit! Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous property with a beautiful house. Amanda and Antony have done a superb job in decorating it and making it feel like home. The main lounge and bedroom is epic! So cosy and made for such a beautiful stay. The kitchen is really lovely, and very enjoyable to cook in. We had a great first night cooking pizzas and Amanda was very responsive to texts when I had questions about where things were. The spa was a great addition and we spent a few hrs in there on both days. For a wholesome getaway, I highly recommend staying here Thanks Amanda and Antony

A beautiful getaway location away from the hustle and bustle but still close to anything you may need. The Tin Tabernacle was a great place to relax and recoup with my husband. We would definitely recommend it. p.s. bring some slippers though, the floor gets a touch cold on the toes in cooler months

We loved our stay at Julie’s place, it was well equipped with everything we needed (plus lovely extras like wine) and great to have the fire on cold nights. It was a great base for exploring the area and wineries.

We stayed at this cabin for the long weekend and absolutely loved our time here! The whole property was very clean and contained everything you would need. Nick and Amanda are great hosts and very responsive. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again.
