Andrey's place is a wonderful base for a holiday. Andrey was very helpful and responsive - we had a minor problem with lighting and Andrey came straight away to fix it which was amazing. The villa is clean, well equipped and a beautiful space to relax in with sea and sunset views. Shops and restaurants a short walk away but the neighbourhood is peaceful.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

Our stay at Belen's place in Tenerife was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Belen was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host. She very kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief after a long journey and especially appreciated as my girlfriend wasn't feeling well. The home itself was immaculate – spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. We found everything we could possibly need readily available, making our stay so comfortable and convenient. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, were such a lovely gesture. We also really appreciated the comprehensive booklet Belen provided. It was full of useful information about the local area and everything we needed to know about the property. The location was perfect for us as we had a rental car. It provided easy access to all parts of the island, making it an ideal base for exploring Tenerife. We would highly recommend this place to anybody and will be staying again!

Hello, we spent a week in this wonderful Villa, it was like being at home. Never seen such a beautiful villa, so organized, so cared for in every detail, the owner left us drinks, food, and all the cooking materials in the fridge. I think it was the best villa I've ever been to in my life, highly recommended!!! If you are passing through Tenerife with your group of friends or business, I recommend renting this villa because it will be a unique experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The setting was beautiful with stunning sea views, and the pool was incredibly clean with a perfectly comfortable water temperature. We spent 7 nights with friends in this beautiful house. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Tania greeted us in a very friendly way at check-in and gave us suggestions for the island and the surrounding area. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The pool and terrace are beautiful. In the kitchen there is everything you need and we also used the washing machine. The place is quietly located with a small supermarket and 3 restaurants nearby. The beach to Los Cristianos is about an 8-minute drive. Thanks Tania for this lovely stay!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea accessible to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It is a real gem, beautifully decorated and has high rooms with an exciting floor plan. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The different terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children playing on the beach from the lower seat while relaxing in the deck chair. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves allowed us to sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and the upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it was not bad that the Wi-Fi had failed a few times. Victor's house is really very beautiful with a breathtaking view. It is located in a small village surrounded by greenery and is therefore the ideal place to relax on vacation. The house is very well equipped. The only aspect to consider is the distance (a road with many curves) to get to the house from the coast. We recommend it! :)

Carmen is a great host. She did something special for us when I forgot my PC at home after we left the apartment. I can summarize our staying like this: Nice house, great place, super host. Thank you again Carmen!

The house was very nice✨, as seen in the photos, it also smelled very good, everything was very clean and we had many towels, blankets and details such as food, drinks, etc. that are very useful and much appreciated! The host was very nice and very attentive, always at your disposal. We were very comfortable and I would repeat 😊👍🏼

He made sure the group and I felt comfortable in this villa + made us aware of what’s local to us and how to get around too. We had a fantastic time at this cottage in Tenerife! We traveled as a couple with a child of almost three years and the cottage perfectly met our expectations. Everything you need is present: it is well equipped, neat and comfortable. The preheated pool was an absolute plus, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Thanks to our rental car, we could easily reach the tourist spots nearby. So the location is really great if you like to go on excursions. Communication with the host also went very smoothly and pleasantly. Everything was clear and we felt really welcome. Thanks for the warm welcome and the nice vacation! We'd love to come back.

My friends and I stayed in this villa for a week. We loved this place and enjoyed a lot. The villa itself was new, big, clean and private. Everything was same as the photos they showed on the website. They provided enough cookware and diner ware for guests. The sunset view was amazing in this villa. There was a private drive way in front of the villa with a electric gate which made us feel safety. This is a new build area, some ongoing construction work around the villa, but it didn't bother us at all. Little dust went into our pool, but the host arranged the cleaner to clean our pool on the second day of our arrival. We really appreciated it. We felt relax and got ourselves fully recharged during this holiday. There was nothing to complain. What we had paid was worth! Everything was perfect! Definitely will recommend to other friends.

This is a fantastic, modern and very well equipped villa. There are 4 big bedrooms (including a huge master bed) a nice spacious living area inside and a wonderful outside entertainment area with a lovely pool and sea views! The location was perfect for us as we were training at Tenerife Top Training (10 minute walk) and swimming in the sea every day (lots of options a short drive away). You can walk to La Caleta for wonderful seafront restaurant options and there are good supermarkets a short drive away as well as a Spar in La Caleta. Marina was lovely and welcoming and helpful when we had a small issue with the shower. We would love to come again!
