Beachfront vacation rentals in Adams County

Looks like I'm the first one to stay in this Airbnb! :) And I feel lucky to have been first. We came with 2 families with kids and it was perfect. The house was spotless, the host communicated really well with us leading up to and during the stay, and the place itself was just what we needed. The pictures definitely don't do it justice too! It has so much space, especially the downstairs area where we hung out a lot. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you might need. The backyard is so cool! We stayed in the winter (and can't wait to come back to enjoy this home in the summer), and saw that pretty much the whole backyard is its own beach with a volleyball net. Plus a fire pit, dock, and it's right on an inlet to the lake so safe and easy swimming for the kids. Oh also the deck is big with a grill which would be lovely on warm days. If you want a long weekend away for peace and relaxation, cute small town charm or are golfing at Sand Valley (8 min drive), stay here.

Very clean. Love the fact there was a charcoal grill and additional pull out bed.

My family and I had a great stay, we loved the scenery and loved the cabin , very clean and peaceful.

We stayed here last year also. It is a very quaint and private place. Everything is wonderful. And very accessible to area restaurants and shopping. Hosts are personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area. Will book again. Cynthia

Our group of fourteen really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and within walking distance to the pool and play areas. We didn’t get to swim in the lake but did make use of the kayaks and paddle boards that were available for our use. The kitchen is well equipped which is a great plus. Thanks for a nice getaway weekend.

Fantastic place, we stayed in one of the 4 bedroom apartments and had a great time. The apartment was meticulously clean and very comfortable. We will be making this destination a regular trip. The pool with jacuzzi ,beach at beautiful Castle Lake , deck with beautiful view and many others attractions were great for the family. Was able to get in a little shore fishing as well.

Beautiful home right on the waters edge, great views, close to the dells.

A quaint little cabin just a 2 min walk to the lakefront and you can see the sunset over the lake from the front porch! Located inside a private campground and nestled all the way in the back so it’s wonderfully private, but also only a short drive to stores/restaurants/bars !

Andy is a great host with a beautiful place to stay. I cannot suggest staying at The Cottage more. We will definitely be back. One last thank you to Andy!!

Had a great vacation here! The condo is very roomy. It had everything we needed for cooking most meals here. The laundry facility in the condo came in handy! Enjoyed the back patio, the grill, the pool, pickleball, golf, boating and fishing! Thanks for great hospitality!

We had an amazing time - booked a last minute weekend visit and so glad we did. The sand is amazing! My toddler built castles all day. The house was clean and very well stocked. We caught little fish off the dock all day long and puttered around the quiet lake. The bakery in Rome was delicious. The playground and splash pad are fun to have close by. Farmer’s market, ice cream, Hoozel’s for lunch (twice!), and the highlight for my toddler was watching the skid steer and concrete truck working to pave one of your neighbors’ driveway! :) Thank you for a great place to stay for a lake getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was great! Perfect for our family. Even in the winter the kids played on the beach and with the horseshoes and ran all over. It was a spot we for sure want to enjoy in the summer too! Very clean. Everything was as it was explained. Host was very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!
