The place was decorated beautifully, clean, had all the amenities, and was minutes away from so much. Whether you want to spend your time admiring the view from the living room or go to restaurants, museums, etc. around the city this place has it all! Thank you again to the amazing and accommodating hosts. This was our favorite Airbnb stay to date.

Erin and Michael were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful, gracious and accommodating. My stay was comfortable. The space was clean and had thoughtful touches. I enjoyed the rooftop lounge and view. Their cat Poppy spent a lot of time with me, gave me company, comfort and love. I had come here directly from Western North Carolina having experienced the aftermath of the rains and Hurricane Helene. Poppy was therapy for me! ❤️

Thank you for a great stay in Denver. I loved the apartment. It was fun, comfortable, clean and quiet. It was great to walk to coffee shops (Crema!) and the food market nearby. The apartment was very well furnished and I had everything needed for a 10 day long stay. Would highly recommend.

Great location! Close to the park, right off of Colfax. Excellent communication from Kris. My sister lives in the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to a local coffee shop and walk to her place. Beds were comfy, and it had everything you would need in terms of shampoo, coffee, etc. Will definitely return!

Location is great, short ride to downtown, but walkable to a ton of great restaurants and bars. It’s cute and felt safe to walk around. Layout of the apartment is fantastic. Bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the kitchen, giving a lot of privacy. Place was clean and check in was super easy. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

I stayed here with a friend after I came from out of town for a shoulder surgery. I spent a lot of time in the airbnb recovering. I loved how there were many areas to rest, especially the TV area and the amazing roof deck. The area felt very safe. As someone who spent a lot of time in the airbnb, I can assure you that it is very comfortable.

the place was perfect for us. it was spacious and had a small balcony. it was clean. katherine was always quick to respond to my questions and was very accommodating. it was a quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, their is plenty of space, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Denver, especially if you want to be close to downtown but not right in the hustle and bustle.

Great property! Thoughtfully decorated, secure, with all the basics and featuring laundry and a rooftop patio with hot tub.. Convenient location to dining and recreation. Within 1 block of Park Ave Tacos and Crazy Mountain Brewery, a few more blocks to Cheesman Park, The Wild Corgi Pub, Tasty Thai, and The Capitol. Would recommend!!

I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Denver area!!!!! Host was top tier; Host was flexible with check in times and responded to EVERY text I sent. Place was clean and the area was nice and quiet.

We loved our stay at this home. It was very spacious and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The living room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The office and large laundry room were also great to have. The check in went smoothly and they responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first experience in a shared space on AirBnB. The condo’s location is amazing — spent hours walking around and trying different coffee shops, restos and stores. The condo was perfect for a solo traveler like me who is always on the go. I still had my privacy but could be social when I wanted to be. I really enjoyed my time in James’s place, but I think James was the highlight of my stay. He was like the cool roommie — so interesting. I would stay at his place again if I ever find myself in Denver again. P.S. — Check out Trompeau, the new bakery attached to the Marriott Courtyard on 16th St and Curtis. Very good croissants with real butter, and specialty croissant sandwiches. The breakfast croissants are huge, though.
