Great stay!!! Darren had everything lined out for us and made it so easy!

Salil's place was awesome! My group really enjoyed the outdoor patio that is loaded with high-quality, new furniture as of June 2025. The property is located just outside of downtown and is really quiet while being very close to a lot of cool restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. In addition to the location, the tri-fold mattresses that were provided were very comfortable and certainly helped extend the number of people that this place can comfortably sleep. I would definitely consider booking this place again if I end up back in the area and would recommend it for others.

Overall had a great stay. There was some small issues that happened to come up but janice was quick to respond. The area was okay. It was close to downtown, which was nice. My family and I had a good time.

Awesome place. Very clean and comfortable. Was super well stocked with anything you could need. Neighborhood has many cool coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Was easy to get onto freeways and to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home! We rented for the night instead of two hotel rooms for a concert at Empower. Everything was super clean, very well appointed and organized. Salimah clearly anticipates the needs of his guests, and he communicated quickly. We cooked in for dinner and breakfast and the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need. Would happily stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Salimah!

The place was amazing, and Jordan is great! We were a little shocked to see that the 3rd bed was a blowup mattress, as the photos hid it pretty well.

Everything about this place is amazing! Very cozy and spacious with a ton of kitchen amenities. Next time we are in Denver I will be looking for this place!

Great place to stay in the heart of RiNo. Daniel was incredibly communicative and helpful from beginning to end. The seating on the rooftop could use a refresh, but we couldn’t use it anyway since it was raining. House was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and bedrooms were cleaned and comfortable. I think the towels smelled a bit mildewy but that’s probably because they’re constantly washed. All in all very appreciative of the hospitality. Don’t think twice about staying here

It was a great location, plenty of cute places to walk to and conveniently near what we looked to do in Denver. Seth was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Perfect spot for a group of 4 of us.

Heather was a great host. The home was clean and safe. If you are renting I would recommend a small vehicle if using the garage. We were attending for a conference in the downtown area and it was a quick drive to our meetings. I would rent again from Heather.

I wasn't familiar with the Sloan's Lake section of Denver before this visit, but now I'm eager to return. You are getting a lovely, well-appointed townhome in a great area, just one block from a scenic lake that's great for walking or running. Plus, there is a fine restaurant a half-block from the house (The Patio). For your first visit, the GPS might take you to Perry Street, which is where the garage is, but look for the exact address that Brett gives you. If you are arriving at night, you might have trouble finding the house because it is one of several identical townhomes. Also, as a townhome, there are lots of stairs, which could be troublesome. We had a great visit with a great host and can't wait to return to Brett's house and Sloan's Lake!

Amazing host and beautiful place! Everything was thought of and intentional. The kitchen had ample supplies and an amazing selection of spices for cooking, made my dad very happy! The location is close to so many things and very convenient parking. 100% recommend if you’re wanting to stay in Denver!

Katie was a great host, check in instructions were sent well in advance and the townhouse having a garage was a bonus. Location was another huge plus, only 15-30 minutes from all the Denver attractions we visited. Our kids loved the upper loft area where they could play and our daughter loved the “princess bed” and she felt right at home, as did we. Only con would be the cleaning crew between stays left more to be desired as far as attention to detail but I don’t hold that against Katie and I think communication was prompt and that if any issues had arose during our stay, I’m confident that it would’ve been handled.

Our stay was great. Vanessa was extremely responsive and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples. The location was within 15 minutes of almost eveything we wanted to do in town.

Great price in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the airport, easy to access. Relaxed rules, I would stay here again, I do think it needs a bit more TLC with the cleaning. But other than that it was a relaxing stay. We were there for 4 days and have no complaints. Thank you Zach!
