Great place to stay, as described. The pool is just amazing and you have access to the sea too! The location is about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town. Bear in mind there are lots of steps in the accommodation to get down to the pool. The flat was modern and very well decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and very helpful and gave us a video to find out flat and parking etc. A great host!

Oleg and his wife were exceptional hosts. This place is a true gem in Montenegro. Everyone will or should want to experience such a wonderful AirBnB experience. It has the feel of seclusion, with its private access to the Adriatic Sea. While the descriptions listed are already incredible, the onsite facilities are even better than advertised. The hosts are warm, friendly, and accommodating, and there is no higher recommendation to give than not wanting to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer and this place will always be at the top of our list. Truly amazing, and I cannot thank the hosts enough for making our stay so wonderful!!

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Communicative and flexible host. Very nice apartment with a great view and balcony. Great aircon and other facilities. Covered parking and parking matters in Ulcinj! As per location is at the top of the hill with a steep walk back up, so take that in to account. Parking in Ulcinj itself not that easy so bear that in mind. Thanks.

We had a truly wonderful time staying in Dobra Voda! The apartment was perfect for our needs, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment where we could focus and get so much done. We stayed for a month while working and preparing for a new assignment nearby, and the combination of tranquility and convenience made it an ideal base. Our host was exceptionally responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, allowing us to balance work and relaxation effortlessly. We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

Das airbnb ist ein Traum. Wir kamen rein und es war sehr sauber und hat richtig frisch gerochen. Das kennt man oft anders von Unterkünften am Meer. Eine geräumige Wohnung in der wir vier Personen angenehm viel Platz hatten. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und wir haben uns richtig zuhause gefühlt. In der Umgebung werden weitere Hotels gebaut, weshalb es tagsüber manchmal Baulärm gab, war jedoch nicht störend für uns. Vjosa hat sich oft proaktiv gemeldet und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Apartamento con instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, espacioso , comodo y moderno . Cuenta con un espacio externo que aprovechamos mucho para almorzar y cenar al aire libre . Liza fue muy gentil y nos dio instrucciones muy claras para nuestra estadia . Volveria y recomiendo sin dudas .

Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans le logement mais nous avons adoré ! C’est encore plus beau en vrai, nous avons assisté au levé du soleil depuis le balcon à 5h du matin et ça a été magnifique. Nous avons aussi adoré observer les oiseaux sur le lac grâce aux jumelles présentes dans l’appartement. Le lit est très confortable. Ardit nous a aidé pour obtenir un taxi pour rejoindre l’appartement et il a toujours répondu très vite à nos questions. Je vous recommande de passer une nuit chez lui, encore merci ! ☺️

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.
