Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ada Bojana

The booked house was not available, but we got another house near the sea and a supermarket. The house, the location was great! We felt very comfortable and would come back again at any time. Communication with Dritan was great! He had great recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants, etc. He knows the area very well!

Super equipped river house with large and beautiful terrace. We particularly appreciated the beach bed, the bikes, the sup and the many utensils for cooking (including Bialetti, etc., for coffee!). Air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms. The house must be furnished itself upon arrival. The communication with the owner was extraordinarily good: always available, lots of good information and recommendations and very likeable! Thank you Jü! 😊

We traveled to 6. The property is very beautiful, we had a pleasant time. The accommodation is air-conditioned and clean. Host is responsive and enjoyable. We would recommend this listing. Namely, one of the 3 bedrooms is a room passing through to the other rooms.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

The hosts were very nice. They offered me a cold soda with coffee and cold watermelon several times. We got clean linens several times. Every day, they asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very nice and almost new and sparkling clean. I recommend it to everyone . *5

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Absolutely amazing apartment! so much space, so much light, everything is made with grate taste, even dishes is beautiful, which is really rare for rental apartments. Honestly, this is the best place I have ever lived in, and I have been traveling a lot around the world. Even now, after a week we left it, I miss it and think about it like of home. And the little garden where the local cats came and hang out with us..oh, I have no words. And Budija herself is a wonderful person, whith whom we really liked to talk to. I so wish we could come back one day to spend more time in this beautiful place.

Karolina is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. Check-in and check-out were flexible and flawless. We were two adults and 3 children from 10 to 14 years. The apartment is located directly on the sea, you have a direct sea view from one of the two bedrooms and from the living-dining area. The equipment of the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and description. The apartment building is extremely quiet despite its size. There is an underground parking space belonging to the apartment. Sunbeds were always free on the private beach or sea access. You can easily forget that you are in the Dobra Voda, which is very frequented by tourists. The main beach and restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment, with the main beach Veliki Pijesak being significantly crowded at least with us in July 2024.

Everything was great at Sabina's place. She is a super friendly lady who makes for a pleasant stay. It is a cozy accommodation with a large terrace overlooking greenery and sea. For those looking for peace and quiet in a tasteful, hygienic accommodation, this is the right place. We will definitely come back here.

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

This is the most recommended house!The room is exactly as seen in the photos, with a great view, especially at sunset.And the house was very clean!Everything in the room is fully equipped, including all kitchen utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc., which is very easy to use and also brings us a lot of convenience.The hosts Petar and Alex are very nice, they recommended us a lot of fun places that only locals know, and their responses are usually very timely, if you come to Montenegro, I highly recommend staying in this room.🥰

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
