Apartment vacation rentals in Ada Bojana Island

We really like staying at Sunrise House. Apartment was really clean, and it had beautiful terrace overlooking orchards. House is situated in really quiet area of Gornji Štoj, ideal for end of the summer holiday.

Domacin je izuzetno susretljiv,drag i pristupacan.Prvi put sam ljetovala kod njega i opcenito u Crnoj Gori i ugodno sam se iznenadila.Predivni ljudi,predivno mjesto sve najbolje.Opcenito sam vlasnik jako ugodan,apartman predivan bolji nego na slikama....cisto,uredno,sve sta je potrebno za koristenje,od posteljina,kucanskih aparata ma svega sve imaju....stvarno jako sam ugosno iznenadena i jedva cekam opet otic kod njega na ljetovanje.Stvarno sam se osjecala kao kod kuce cak i bolje....Svaka cast ljudima i vlasniku predivni su.Hvala im

The apartment is at great place in proximity of all important things at Ada Bojana. Easily accessible by car with parking, but also by foot. The apartment is small but it’s beautiful decorated and new, with all amenities you need. There is also a porch, that you can’t see in photos, outside where you can sit in the evening and enjoy. And the highlight for us were the hosts which were incredibly responsive and friendly, and helped us with everything we needed. We are looking forward to next year at Hakuna Matata!

Am Ende der Welt und dann links die Schotterpiste herunter. Idyllisch am Flussufer gelegen mit einer schönen Terrasse. Ich fand es sehr romantisch. Das Wasser aus der Leitung riecht ein bisschen komisch und das Bett quietscht etwas, aber wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt... Ich würde wieder herkommen.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Regardless of the location, being a little sketchy and having to climb multiple flights of stairs, I will be revisiting our Arjeta’s place anytime I’m in Shkoder. It is pristine with the perfect view. Once inside the space, you forget the location and the stairs and are in awe of view and the space. Arjeta is a lovely human and I would recommend her space to everyone visiting Shkoder.

Cozy flat, with a lovely corner balcony that gets the evening sun, and looks onto the sea. A quiet building and the host family is very friendly and welcoming. Nearby to trails that take you down to the water

Très beau petit logement avec vue magnifique ! Moderne, propre, confortable. Il y a un stationnement inclus. Situé en haut d’une colline, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la plage. Si vous êtes en forme, cela se fait bien. Hôte très sympathique, répond rapidement, et donne de bons conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement! Merci!

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Miejsce spokojne, zadbane. Spędziliśmy tu 7 nocy. Dobra Voda jako miejscowość nie zachwyciła nas. Tłumy ludzi, zgiełk, plastik. Nie ma kontaktu z przyrodą. Jest dużo sklepów - to bardzo wygodne. Sam budynek, w którym jest apartament to kompleks kilkunastu mieszkań z dostępem do basenu i w dole do morza - tam leżaki i parasole bezpłatnie do dyspozycji gości, ale ludzie wcześnie rano je zajmują. Ścieżka tam wśród pięknej roślinności, idealna do robienia zdjęć - szczególnie o zachodzie słońca. Zejście do morza po drabince lub śliskich schodach - weź buty kąpielowe. Bezpośrednie zejście z mieszkania na basen po schodkach bardzo wygodne. Gdy w basenie byli inni ludzie hałas nie był męczący, bo ze względu na klimatyzację zamknięte są drzwi i okna. Taras czysty z pięknym widokiem. Idealny na poranną kawę lub wieczorną lampkę wina. Gospodarz punktualny i odpowiedzialny. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Wypożyczyliśmy od niego samochód na dwa dni. Wszystko przebiegło bez zarzutu. Dziękujemy!

Очень приятная квартира, совсем не хотелось уезжать. Полностью укомплектована всем необходимым и даже больше. Все продумано до мелочей. Все окна выходят на море, виды изумительные. Нам здесь было очень приятно находиться. На кухне вместительный холодильник, духовка, посудомоечная машина, а это невероятно удобно. Кофемашина капсульная dolce gusto, кофе вкусный! Пили кофе и завтракали на террасе с прекрасным видом. Нас угостили домашним вишневым пирогом и вишней из сада, было очень приятно! В общем, жить, отдыхать, работать - всё что угодно. Прекрасное тихое и очень уютное место. Рекомендуем. Мы бы остались здесь на месяц точно! Интернет хороший, но вечером лучше использовать 5g. Спасибо за гостеприимство, было здорово!

Miejsce godne polecenia! Świetna lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny właściciel! Dużo udogodnień - warto się tu zatrzymać!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour d'une semaine chez Slobodan qui rend à lui tout seul le séjour unique : besoin d'un parasol ? Slobodan vos fournit en moins de 5 min. Besoin d'un Sun-Bed ? Idem. Changement d'un filtre sur le spa ? En moins de 5 min chrono ^^ Bien sûr tous les bons plans il les connaît, et vous bénéficierez des bonnes adresses et visites à faire. Enfin, la vue de la terrasse est juste magnifique et la climatisation dans chaque chambre, un atout majeur. Nous avons pu découvrir ce charmant pays en plein mois d'août tout en profitant un maximum, grâce à nôtre hôte.

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Beautiful place to stay with parking and a beautiful roof terrace with views of the bay. very friendly and lovely host

Lep stan , prijatan za odmor, konacno smo se naspavali i odmorili. Iako je bilo 35C par dana za redom u stanu je bilo prijatno i uvece smo spavali bez klime. Restoran je u prizemlju zgrade, sa ok cenama, a velika prodavnica i pekara su u blizini oko 5 min hoda. Do plaze mora da se ide kolima, ali je blizu. Mesta za parking uvek ima ispred ulaza.Bazen je veliki i bez guzve sa dostupnim lezaljkama. Stan je potpuno nov pa su u kuhinji nedostajale neke sitne stvari koje ipak znace u spremanju dorucka ili lagane vecere. Takodje mislim i da broj stolica u kuhinji nije adekvatan s obzirom da je stan za 4 odrasle osobe.Domacini su bili jako ljubazni u svakom smislu i rado cemo doci ponovo ukoliko budemo dolazili u Ulcinj.Sve u svemu ostalo je jos samo par sitnih stvari do savrsenog stana i to ce se sigurno vremenom srediti.

Oleg and his wife were exceptional hosts. This place is a true gem in Montenegro. Everyone will or should want to experience such a wonderful AirBnB experience. It has the feel of seclusion, with its private access to the Adriatic Sea. While the descriptions listed are already incredible, the onsite facilities are even better than advertised. The hosts are warm, friendly, and accommodating, and there is no higher recommendation to give than not wanting to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer and this place will always be at the top of our list. Truly amazing, and I cannot thank the hosts enough for making our stay so wonderful!!

The pool, just steps from the condo, was so refreshing. The hot beach spots were just a 10 minute walk. The view of the Adriatic amazing.

Kolorado e o seu pai foram excelentes anfitriões. Sempre atenciosos, simpáticos e muito responsivos. A casa é incrível, com todas as comodidades necessárias tanto para curtas como para longas estadias. Tudo o que tínhamos à nossa disposição fez com que nos sentissemos em casa. Acrescentar ainda que o Sunset na varanda é imperdível! Adorámos e recomendamos 100%
