Brilliantly situated just off Churchfield road where you will find an abundance of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and independent shops. I enjoyed my time at Jay’s house. I felt safe and comfortable during the stay. Jay is a very warm host, we didn’t talk that much but they were friendly to answer my questions. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and there is a lovely park near the house where I enjoyed watching dogs playing.

Carol’s lovely home is bright and airy. Shared bathroom is pristine, and I only saw one other person use it once. It was practically “mine”. As a solo female traveller, the very safe neighborhood (even late at night) and the leisurely 2 min walk to the train were a plus. Everyone on Airbnb SAYS they are a 2-min walk to everything, but Carol’s home literally is. Grocery, pubs, cafes, fine dining, and a lovely waterfront walkway in town, provide anything you might need. Carol herself is warm and friendly. Very responsive and helpful. Just a lovely human. 🙂 Note: The 30-min train ride into central London is not the tube. It’s a very comfortable, air conditioned “suburban line”. No transfers. Just walk the two mins, relax for 30, and you’re at Waterloo station, from which you can get anywhere. Can’t say enough good things. Be sure to check out the “French” cafe Feathers and Heart. Great food and service. *Gorgeous* garden with several shaded seating areas, and it is y ruly quiet.

This was my second time booking Alexandra’s place, and once again, it was absolutely excellent. The room was very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel cozy and welcoming. Both room and bathroom were impeccably clean. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Alexandra was excellent. Highly recommended!

Yan was very helpful from the start. the place that i stayed was very lovely. an expected bonus was the place was attached to a lovely patio area with automated night lights, which is a great area to wind down after a full day of exploring the city. i won't hesitate to rebook this place when i visit london again!

We picked Pierre's place at Issigonis House largely on the strength of the many positive reviews. They are well-deserved. Pierre is unfailingly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. When we had bus issues that prevented us from arriving on time, he offered prompt advice online, and arranged for someone to admit us. His flat is just as described on the website, fastidiously maintained, and conveniently located near a bus stop and a Tesco for access to groceries and other necessities. He provides a continental breakfast and permits use of his kitchen. He also is ready with advice on seeing the local sights such as Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. For easy access to London, and a charming and entertaining host, you would do well to stay here.
