Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Charming York cottage with patio area and parking for 2 cars. Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, a shop and a cafe. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park which includes a bowling alley and a cinema. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms.

The apartment is on the grounds of our main family residence but is completely separate with it’s own private entrance, accessed through the garden gate. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac just over 5 minutes drive from York city centre and York Racecourse and we are also situated on a direct bus route to both city centre and racecourse. 58 Marygate, York (white cottage left in the picture) is a 300 year old cottage and has been completely renovated to a very high standard, whilst retaining its original period features and charm. We have crisp cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, top appliances… etc. It has a superb view at the front of the house over the entrance to the Museum Gardens and St Olaves Church. Marygate is a fascinating street in a central York location, it's not too busy so is quiet at night.
