This property also benefits from it's own parking space and a south facing balcony. It is also ideally situated for York Racecourse (15-20 minute walk). We have 2 other Airbnb properties close by & over 1000 great reviews!!

Pear Tree Barn has been lovingly restored and converted as holiday accommodation during 2016. The old timbers have been retained but are not obtrusive, where the height of the interior allows the original A frame roof timbers add that necessary rustic charm to what is now a modern property. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking additional steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Bright, sunny, studio, 10 mins stroll from the station & Minster. 5 mins walk from Roots restaurant. Bike storage inside. We are Lisa and Colin and we love meeting people. We provide cafeterie coffee, Yorkshire tea. Although we both work full time we try to be flexible with dropping bags early. Just ask and we'll do our best to let you drop bags early and collect them late so you can make the best of your time away.
