Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Fast WIFI, Netflix. Important: Tourist Tax (6 euro per person/day) already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, perfectly clean, perfectly clean linen, everything is beautifully decorated, a huge terrace with a dining table and sun loungers made us fall in love with it, it was a wonderful time of stay, Antonio is a wonderful host, helped us in the process of arrival and check-in, we were very happy!Located half an hour from the sea ,bus stop in a couple of minutes,you can get to the transfer to get to the city center,there is no metro nearby ,but the transport connection is good. The area is quiet ,there are many different restaurants,there is a large store nearby where you can buy everything you need. Thank you Anthony, we will gladly return to you 🌞

Thank you Carlotta for letting us be part of your space. We had an incredible time. The house was as good as new. It had a very homely feel to it. The locality was quiet and peaceful. Her dad showed us around the house and inspite of not being fluent in English he made every effort to communicate so that we got everything right. The only inconvenient bit was the travel time to the touristy spots in Rome. But I wouldn’t mind that much given the comfort the house offered.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the city of Rome and close to many attractions. Mataeo , our host, was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
