We have stayed at other Airbnb listings for family vacations in years past. All of them were very good, but this place was far and above the best of any of them. The location is in a private area and is located in an area where wildlife, especially many different bird species, are abundant. This location is not far from beaches, antique shops, and many other local attractions. The house is as advertised - very nice, with any and all conveniences you should need. Host Keith was more than helpful from day one of confirming our stay, right through the week spent here. He offered local suggestions to take in and checked to see that things were going well. A+++

Steve was always available to clarify any question and kept us informed on each step of the stay. Highly recommend this stay.

The house accommodated our large family perfectly. It was clean and had everything we needed to hunker down during a tropical storm. Lots of windows with great views of the water.

Beautiful house in a wonderful setting but you only get a beach at low tide. You also must walk about 100 yards out through 1 foot deep water to get to the sandbar. The sandbar beach lasts for about four hours. New fun games in the garage and lots of beach chairs were available. We enjoyed this place and the house has everything you could ask for but wish we knew about the low tide only sandbar beach.

This was an incredible find for our yearly family vacation. Stepping in to the Watson House was like stepping back in time. We loved the history behind this place and all the books to support how amazing this area is. The location is perfect- within walking distance of the theatre, restaurants, grocery store, and plenty of coffee shops. Annette was a fantastic host who gave us clear instructions and some helpful tips to navigate the house.

A spacious living area features a brick fireplace as the focal point, flanked by large windows that invite natural light. Comfortable sofas are arranged around a central coffee table, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing. A mounted television offers entertainment options.

Loved our stay here! It’s hard to find a place that provides essentials like towels, sheets, etc. This place has it all. My favorite part(s) was the fully stocked coffee bar and views of the water in the backyard. We even caught our own bait in the backyard to fish in a tournament. Definitely an added bonus since we didn’t have to pay for bait! It’s in a very peaceful neighborhood and it’s close to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Lastly, the host was kind and very responsive. We would love to come back again!
