We are 20 miles from Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge with miles of protected beaches. This is a peaceful place for soul searching & social distancing. We are also 42 mi from Assateague Is. Nat. This home is located at the end of a private lane and backs up to the woods on a 1/4 acre lot. Tons of privacy, yet just 5 minutes from town. Great WIFI and cellular service as well, if working remotely. Just minutes from town, offering restaurants, shops, etc and the Hospital!
