If you are looking for a quiet and clean place to rest, Miguel Angel's apartment is what you need, accessible, beautiful, good location in the Punta Diamante area next to the island, leaving the subdivision there is a Chedraui which helps you a lot if you want to cook something... the pools were very nice, clean and well maintained, the beach is a 10 minute walk but within the subdivision there are carts that take you there at no cost... We thank Miguel Angel for his attentions and we hope to return soon, thank you very much for having us in your home, regards

The place is very complete, all the time there were carts that took you to the beach and it's a 2 min walk or 8 min walk. They have very established rules and even though there were a lot of people, we got palapa and beds everywhere. My children enjoyed the amenities that the residential has! The staff is super attentive.

Paola was a great host. He was always attentive to everything and responded to every message very kindly. Her communication was constant, which made me feel very calm throughout my stay. I would certainly stay with her again! The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean and very well located with all the necessary tools and utensils to be in the apartment :) . The place itself, as well as the residential complex, lacks some supervision by the condominium administration. Sometimes the people who are on duty are a little grumpy or careless, but that's outside the apartment (in the amenities area) Otherwise everything is perfect, I highly recommend it if you come as a family :)

Excellent accommodation, incredible views, everything was wonderful. I had a somewhat unpleasant experience, which is not the responsibility of the hosts. On the last day of my stay, my family and I went into the pool at 8:00 am, however one of the condominium employees began to take photos without telling us anything. 10 minutes later another employee approached us to tell us that the access hours were until 9 and that we had to leave. The fine for using the pool after hours is very high. I went to the reception to request clarification and they told me that it was not really restricted, but that it was because chemicals had been applied and it was at our own risk. Anyway, the long and expensive list of sanctions says that the rest period for chemicals is from 23:01 to 6:59 am. However, you can get in until 9. Take it into account. Outside there are few places to eat and have fun. Suntory 7/10, Wahoo 9/10, transfers to other parts of the bay $100 per taxi

Great place to stay. There are two large pools that you can use until 11pm, there is a Chedraui and Plaza La Isla 5 minutes away and 15 minutes from the beach. Oliver was always available, very kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

The residential complex is very nice, private, has many activities to do, each pool with something different, the apartment is modern, an incredible view, impeccable in cleanliness, full of accessories to be able to use everything. The host was super attentive, and gave us recommendations for everything.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, my family and I loved it, the water in the heated pool was super nice, we had the Jacuzzi in front of our room and we could watch our son play, clean towels for both showering and going to the beach club, the things offered by the restaurant in that subdivision are affordable prices and very good food, it was a great mini vacation to celebrate my mom's, mother-in-law's and sister's 10th birthday, as well as for me, I recommend it 100%, a quiet place to enjoy without getting bored, thanks to the hosts Marissa and Mari Carmen, always kind and attentive

Jorge is a great host and the place is worth it! We thought it was a little far away, but not at all! The club and gym are very well maintained. And the security is very good, we will definitely come back

The apartment is super nice, a few meters from the beach, just go down the stairs to have everything (pools and beach) a few meters away. The apartment is quite comfortable, it has everything so you can cook at ease, entertain yourself with the TV, board games. Good air conditioning, the facilities are super clean and there are several bars and restaurants within the complex to order.

Incredible apartment, everything new, very well organized and clean, it exceeded my expectations. The incredible condominium, nice pool, games, SPA and an incredible reception from the staff. Fernando was attentive the whole time with very good service. I definitely recommend it!!

Sophie and Antonio are among the best hosts, they are attentive at all times, Vicky is in charge of cleaning and is extremely kind. The apartment is in super good condition. The AC works perfectly, the WIFI does not fail, it has everything for an incredible vacation. You can use everything in the apartment. 10/10. If I return, I would definitely stay in this apartment. The apartment is amazing, the place is very comfortable and feels very cozy, as well as the beach club and the condominium's facilities are very quiet, perfect for going with the family. The host is excellent, very friendly and attentive. The only thing is the location, because it's a little far from the hotel area and there are few places to visit. If you don't have a car, the distance is a little tricky, but other than that, the stay is incredible.

The house has an excellent view, and has everything you need in terms of equipment. We had an amazing time. The two people who help with both general issues and the kitchen have an excellent attitude and help you with everything.

The house is amazing, very nice and well-kept, with excellent facilities and security, the cleaning lady is very friendly and cooperative, the place is very private, safe and with beautiful green areas, very close to the beach and restaurants, extremely spacious bedrooms.

The subdivision is nice and quiet, however the house is a bit neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms, the fence was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having an ant infestation, especially in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and the beds are 3 double beds, so no problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the ant infestation it would not be very comfortable. In addition, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were told had already been reported to them and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the facilities.

The stay is a great experience, if you are looking for a quiet place to spend a few days with the family it is an excellent place, everything is very clean and with everything that is mentioned, however it has strict internal regulations, consider that it has schedules for making noise and warnings in case of breaking any rules.

Excellent place, the view is beautiful, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the living room and dining room very nice to spend time with family. In a very good area, the plus of cooking and recreational care makes it a better place to stay than others
