A colourful apartment right on the promenade of Aberystwyth. It offers a quiet bedroom and a large open-plan living-dining-kitchen room with sea views. There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The apartment has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. The cottage boasts rustic woodwork throughout, original features, vintage furniture, two beautiful gardens and almost direct access to the most spectacular coast path which leads down to a secluded beach. There are spectacular views up and down the coast from the picture window upstairs and beautiful walks minutes from the front door. With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

It is an ideal base to explore the area and only a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The fishing season starts from April to October.
