Jasmine Cottage, dog friendly, secluded location.

ChristinebrRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Home from home... a wonderful five day stay! The cottage is charming and delightful, well thought out, fully equipped, and perfectly suited our needs. The welcome treats were most appreciated due to the timing of our arrival. The cottage is situated in a beautiful location and we loved the local walks with our dogs. Lovely to meet Malcolm and Alison - a great couple with good knowledge and advice on the local area - they remained on hand as and when needed, but at the same time were respectful of our privacy. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely look to return... thank you!

Dyfi forest - Eco Retreats - Ash Valley yurt

TomRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Ash Valley yurt blew our expectations, not only does the 20 minute drive through the forest make you feel just that step further from any sort of civilisation but the land the yurt is situated on is quite and peaceful making you feel all alone out in the national park. This idyllic space helps create a slower pace of life and gets you back on touch with the basics of living. The yurt was clean, warm (mid novmeber) dry and above all beautiful. The amenities like the outdoor wood fired bath and the hot shower and toilet added to the experience massively. I'd could go as far as saying it could be my favourite booking on airbnb yet. Will try to return again soon. *Easy 1hour ish drive to the watkins trail Snowdon 10/10

Stunning refurbished Grade II Listed building

Like something out if a fairy tale, the Summerhouse is an incredible folly and property hidden away in the forest at one with nature with privacy and peace. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed ourselves so much we never ventured from the Estate except to ealk the beautiful surroundings. The house has everything you need with Welshpool and good shopping on your doorstep if you need supplies. The resident pheasant was a beautiful surprise each time he visited for snacks and we even saw a pair of large owls. For a break away from the pressures of work and life The Summerhouse offers an amaxing environment for solitude and relaxation. Thank you x
