PENGELLI DAIRY.. (Family Discount Available.)

JulieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We all had a truly wonderful stay at The Dairy in South Wales. The cottage is charming, beautifully kept, and perfectly nestled among rolling hills and countryside walks — an ideal spot to switch off and unwind from the demands of everyday life. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, with plenty of walking trails right on the doorstep perfect for our 2 dogs what where with us!Whether you're after a gentle stroll or something more adventurous, the area is a dream for nature lovers. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and always on hand if needed, without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Even giving us milk that we forgot to bring with us-! Lifesavers! If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, fresh air, and a real sense of calm, I can't recommend The Dairy enough. I left feeling rested, recharged, and already planning a return visit! Thank you so much guys, see you soon!

Forestry Cottage, Hot Tub, Gym, Pen y fan

AnnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and tidy and Clare went above and beyond with complimentary cake and fizz on arrival. Clare was very responsive when we had questions about the area. The house felt like a home, and it was great to be able to make the most of the spa pool after a day out. We would definitely book again.

A wonderful two night stay at this charming cottage. Beautifully decorated on both floors, spotlessly clean, quiet and private surroundings - well thought out in design. Sophia was a gracious and helpful host (sorry Sophia we forgot to write in the guest book 😩). Can’t recommend enough for a quiet break! Robin & Jennie

Luxury Private Country Retreat With Hot Tub

SeanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Just spent a very relaxing 4 days at Coal's view. The pictures on the site are lovely but in reality they don't do the place justice. It is such a beautiful home, everything that you need for a relaxing break. The space is so well thought out, lovely comfy bed and huge bathroom with the free standing bath and separate shower. The hot tub is one of the best we've had at an Airbnb and we made use of it every night, even when there was a bit of rain about. Being able to sit and read in the garden area in the late warm spring afternoon was a joy, my wife totally chilled on the hammock. Tom and Louise live next door to the property and we're really responsive with check in details and also when we contacted them during our stay. Such a lovely place and hope to be able to visit it again.

Charming 1 bed cottage ideal for relaxing

IanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Danielle's cottage was very clean and spacious with a small private courtyard at the back. The cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The TVs and heating controls were all very easy to use. The location was great, just behind the high street, there was a bakery around the corner with several cafes, shops, takeaways and pubs all within easy walking distance. Dinefwr park is well worth a visit for the castle ruins and the scenery, and the main entrance is just a 20 minute walk away (or 5 min drive).

The Old Sunday Schoolroom Brecon Beacons NP

RobRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Really enjoyed our short stay at the Old Sunday School Room. It’s a couple of miles from the nearest village, so was nice and quiet. We were a group of 4 and there was plenty of space in the communal areas for us. In fact 6 of us would have had plenty of space to live (only 2 bedrooms, so 6 people would mean sharing one of the bedrooms). Everything was very stylish, comfortable and spacious. We’d recommend it, and hope to come back soon.

Wilma was lovely and updated us with everything and replied with answers to our queries . We are only annoyed that we took so long to find this little gem!

Margaret's Cottage

ChristineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is probably the loveliest Airbnb we have stayed in. The cottage is beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring and the view from the terrace, lounge and bedroom is stunning. Everything we needed was provided and of excellent quality. Our dog was not just welcomed, but little touches helped him to have a lovely stay, too. The information folder was great, with many recommendations in addition to all the information we needed. Local treats on arrival were a lovely touch. The hosts clearly wanted their guests to have the best experience and were proactive in ensuring this. They were friendly and responsive and helped us out when I sprained my ankle. We were very sad to leave, even after a spending a week there, but we will look forward to returning as soon as we are able.

We enjoyed the guest gardens with views to the distant Brecon hills when we had a quiet moment. Very easy to find and Alastair provides excellent additional information on restaurants, walks and local amenities. You are only 30 mins from Hay on Wye and other lovely places.

Beehive Cottage.

RussellRating, 5 starstoday
We were so glad to have booked the cosy Beehive Cottage because the Welsh weather meant we spent plenty of time indoors! The cottage and location were perfect for the kind of isolated getaway we needed. The cottage itself is immaculate and furnished to a high standard, right down to the blanket for snuggling on the sofa and ice bucket for bottles of bubbly. Sarah and Mike have thought of everything to make sure their guests have the perfect, relaxed break. There are local amenities in Lampeter (7 miles by car) to stock up on food. All the other essentials are already provided, even tea and coffee. It's a great base from which to explore mid-Wales and there is easy parking. A gem of a place.
