Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Welcome to our beautifully renovated traditional Welsh farm cottage. This is the perfect location for a nice quiet getaway, we have wonderful views of the sea and green countryside all around. You're welcome to explore our 16 acre farm while you're here and meet the many resident animals. Chose from cosy nights in front of the fire, cooking outdoors or relaxing in a hot tub whilst you stay. We're less than 2 miles from the harbour town of Aberaeron too. The Dairy Shed is a self-contained converted barn with a wildflower roof. An 8 minute drive to the harbour town of Aberaeron, it is the perfect base to explore the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. On your doorstep is plenty to see and do- the newly refurbished Ty Glyn hotel, bar and restaurant is a 10 minute walk away. Equally inviting is firing up the wood burner or sitting out with the fire pit on your own private deck to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding Aeron Valley.

Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Ardwyn is the best of both worlds- quiet and spacious, yet close to shops and Aberaeron’s beautiful harbour. There are beautiful walks nearby, including a stunning stroll to the local NT property- Llanerchaeron.

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in the 1890's and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. N.B To allow us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of your group and not shared with other guests. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the open countryside. A patio area to the side leads onto a sloping lawn.

This cosy cottage is just a 20 minute walk from a small shingle beach at Gilfach-yr-Halen, which leads onto the Cardigan Bay Coastal Path walk. The Moody Cow restaurant, pub, farm shop and Soft play is situated within walking distance across the peaceful countryside. There is a village store and petrol station within walking distance for groceries/newspapers/post office.
