A patio area to the side leads onto a sloping lawn.

The Moody Cow restaurant, pub, farm shop and Soft play is situated within walking distance across the peaceful countryside. There is a village store and petrol station within walking distance for groceries/newspapers/post office.

We’re less than a mile from Cei Bach and Traeth Gwyn beaches and half a mile from the Welsh Coastal Path so it truly is a walker’s paradise. You can even walk along the beach to New Quay at low tide.
