Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Abeno Ward

The B&B is close to JR Shinimamiya Station, the subway is close to the zoo station, all within a few minutes walk. The location is excellent, there are supermarkets nearby, and convenience stores are very convenient. The Host responded promptly and communicated smoothly, and handled the problem on the second night.Will continue to choose next time.

Keiko was a wonderful host, very responsive and very helpful. She helped us get our luggage delivered to the building with very clear instructions. We used Yamato luggage transport service throughout our stay in Japan. The Airbnb itself was very charming (a little short, I'm 6 feet tall and had to watch my head to not bump it) and it was a great mixture of modern accommodations as well as a traditional tatami floor to sit and relax on. It was a very close walk to the famous Dotonbori shopping streets, maybe about a 15 minute walk. And there was also plenty of local restaurants right outside the entrance to the plusbldg. I absolutely will stay with Keiko again if I'm ever staying in the same area of Osaka. It was also only a 5 minute walk from the station so it would be easy to get throughout Osaka

A beautiful place that is just 1 minute from Dotonbori River, and few minutes away from all the lovely food at Dotonbori, and wonderful shopping in Shinsaibashi. The location of the Airbnb is also only less than 10 mins away from Namba station, which is wonderful as a base to all the different train lines you need to get to various places in Osaka, or even Kyoto, Kobe and Nara. The apartment is located one street away from the busy Glico running man, so it is quiet for a good rest, yet close enough to all the actions for food and shopping. It is well equipped for cooking and has ample spaces for our luggage and more than enough bedding for a family of 4. I would certainly say, this is definitely the best place to stay in terms of amendities it provide, and the wonderful location. And Yoshi-san is helpful, responsive and you can say I will certainly be back here when I am in Osaka in the near future! So look no further, book with ease!!!

Nice location, right next to the subway station, easy to get around, easy to get to Shinsaibashi and its surroundings.There is also a balcony where you can see far away.There are also large supermarkets around, and it is also convenient to buy some simple food.Good value for money.

A fantastic location, walking distance to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Namba area of Osaka has to offer. While being close to the center of everything, it is still private enough to be quiet at night for a peaceful night's rest. The host was responsive to all of our needs. One thing to note is that the unit is two stories, with a steep spiral staircase as the only means of access to the master bedroom. So, you may need to consider if it is suitable for seniors and/or children in your group.

With the aminities provided, all you need to bring just your clothes. and the stay will make you fell like own house with all the useful aminities. Bonus for otakus out there, store like Animate/kotobukiya and other anime goods selling store are just few walks away. A nice place and many worth the price I would say. I needed to stay suddenly, so I used this place. The room was clean, had everything you needed, was close to the station, and the location was very good. I felt that it was cheaper than a hotel and that it was good value for the money. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

The apartment is a perfect home base for exploring Dotonbori. Minimalistic but has everything you need, great balcony for viewing the city, and it’s very walkable.

The bnb was well equipped with daily supplies, well cleaned, and overall a comfortable stay. Only downside is the slow network speeds on the home wifi.

We spent 8 nights in Osaka, and Tony's place was perfect. Nakatsu station is ~5 minutes from the house, and you can get anywhere from there. Tony was phenomenal, meeting us when we arrived, showing us how everything operated at his place, and then taking us to the train station on our departure day. Tony is great and his place is great. I could not imagine staying anywhere else now. Phenomenal host. Honestly, the best we've ever had, and we've had great hosts. Book now!

The location of the B&B is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the train station, and the environment is also quiet.The house is clean and well equipped, there are no shortcomings, it would be better if there were two showers.In addition, the house owner's response was very prompt, and they tried to help us with some additional requests.We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

We had just left a different Airbnb due to its poor condition and misleading listing, so arriving at Shinya and Nori's place was a complete turnaround. It was one of the best homes we've ever stayed in. Our group of 8, including children, found it to be the perfect fit for our family. The home features a modern design while still feeling warm and welcoming. It's conveniently located near a subway station, making it easily accessible to the main districts. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly encourage those with families to stay here.

Great place. Clean and tidy. Location is good for visitors who likes to have both self drive and train option.

The house is exactly like the pictures with plenty of contents. If we did not have to travel around Osaka, we would've wanted to stay all day in the house, and we will still have the best time. The exceptional bar with jazz sound system was impressive, and the theme in each room offered unique experience every day during out stay. The host communicated well with us with unwavering hospitality. We greatly appreciate Aoki family for making our trip in Japan much flourishing.

Great Airbnb hidden in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Yet it is very convenient, walkable distance to two metro stations, convenient stores and attractions. Building feels newly remodeled and very clean. Really recommend for staying around Tennoji.

The stay was very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live in, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

We stayed here for 5 days with my parents and we all thought it was a very satisfying house.It is as spacious, beautiful and clean as described, fully equipped, and thoughtful.The neighborhood is quiet, and it is only a few minutes walk from Tengachaya Station. It is very convenient to go everywhere. On the last day, we went to the airport by early flight and it was very smooth.There are very, very delicious breakfast shops and canteens around, as well as two large supermarkets and many drug stores and convenience stores, in short, it is a very ideal place to live.The housekeeper here is always very responsive, and we had a wonderful 5 days here.In all aspects, if you are traveling with three or four people, this is really a perfect place to stay.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot.
